Matthew 24:3-14 3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all[a] these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences,[b] and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

TRIBULATION IS COMING AND THE REMOVAL OF THE CHURCH IS IMMINENT.
THE GREAT “DECEPTION” IS READY TO BE IMPLEMENTED BY THE ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. ARE YOU READY FOR JESUS CHRIST RETURN
Rev. 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth:
Luke 12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them
so won’t you accept Jesus now and be removed from that event and live forever with Jesus in the Family of God?
2 “(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2nd Corinthians 2:6)
DAILY CHRISTIAN BIBLICAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
OLD TESTAMENT TEACHINGS ON JESUS?
QUESTION: Does the Old Testament teach that Jesus is God? Thanks for any clarification that you can give.
ANSWER: Psalm 45:6-7 says,
“Your throne, O God, will last forever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom. You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy.”
While at the beginning it appears that the Father is being addressed, by the end it’s clear that it’s the Son, and that the Father is calling Him God. The writer to the Hebrews agreed (Hebrews 1:8-9) showing that this is how the passage was interpreted in Biblical times.
The clearest teaching that Jesus is God probably comes from Isaiah 9:6 which you’ve likely already received as a Christmas card. It says,
“For to us a child is born, to us, a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
Here, names that are attributed to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Counselor) are all mentioned in reference to the Christ child.
JEWISH OLD TESTAMENT VS. CHRISTIAN OLD TESTAMENT
QUESTION: I’ve been giving a Jewish woman at work some of the questions and prophecy studies from your site and a question came up that I couldn’t answer. Is our Old Testament the same as theirs?
ANSWER: Since the Torah is only the first 5 books of the Bible, I assume you meant the entire Old Testament. Although the content is pretty much the same, the number of books differs. The Jews don’t divide Samuel, Kings, Chronicles, Ezra-Nehemiah and the Minor Prophets giving them a total of only 24 books.
The Christian Old Testament consists of 39 books because we do divide these books. Samuel, Kings, and Chronicles are divided into first and second of each, Ezra and Nehemiah are separated, and the book called Minor Prophets by the Jews becomes Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi in the Christian Old Testament.

HONG KONG ON THE EDGE: CHINESE TROOPS GATHER IN SHENZEN; 100S OF FLIGHTS CANCELLED OVER PROTESTER “TERRORISM”
Protesters flooded Hong Kong’s airport, one of the busiest in the world, on Monday, forcing authorities to cancel more than 100 flights as demonstrators expressed their anger over the violent police response to protests the night before.
Breaking: Hong Kong airport says all flights are now cancelled because of protests. #HongKong pic.twitter.com/SY2JeCcgVf

This is the Hong Kong airport, again.
Flights have been canceled, and China has reportedly called the protests that have swept Hong Kong terrorism.
But the people will continue to fight for freedom.#FreeHongKong
— Joshua Potash 🆘 (@JoshuaPotash) August 12, 2019
Per the NYT, the protesters gathered throughout the day, first filling up the arrival halls, before expanding upstairs to the departure halls. Monday’s protest is a continuation of a three-day peaceful sit-in at the airport which began on Friday. It bore none of the violence that demonstrations on Sunday night had, where police fired tear gas inside a subway station and charged at protesters on an escalator.
But even more ominously, over the border in Shenzen, the Chinese city that lies directly across from Hong Kong, Chinese People’s Liberation Army forces were building up ahead of what appears to be a “apparent large-scale exercise,” according to the Global Times.
“Numerous” armored personnel carriers, trucks and other vehicles of the paramilitary police were seen heading towards Shenzhen over the weekend. That means the long-awaited military intervention from the mainland could be just around the corner – something that the Hong Kong people have condemned.
Yang Guang, spokesman from China’s Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office, said there should be a crackdown on violence in the city, during a briefing.
Though a military conflict in Hong Kong would certainly rattle global markets. Remember what Steve “the Big Short” Eisman said last week. His biggest fear right now are the Hong Kong protests, which he says could endanger any kind of trade deal with China and hurt the global economy. “If things escalate even further in Hong Kong, that would have a real impact back on the global economy.”
Global Times Shows Dramatic Video Of Chinese Army Preparing For Hong Kong Invasion
Things in China are going from bad to worse, when as reported earlier, the Hong Kong airport authority advised all passengers are advised to leave the terminal buildings as soon as possible in an unprecedented disruption after thousands of anti-government protesters occupied the airport terminal building.

However, what confirmed that as Beijing has been warning for the past week, Hong Kong’s insubordination will no longer be tolerated by Beijing, was a video – complete with dramatic World War III style music – published by the state-owned tabloid Global Times, which showed “The People’s Armed Police have been assembling in Shenzhen, a city bordering Hong Kong, in advance of apparent large-scale exercises.”
So will China invade Hong Kong and potentially trigger a global war as the west has no choice but to come to the wayward territory’s defense? We will find out, but recall what what Steve “the Big Short” Eisman said last week, who said that his biggest fear right now are the Hong Kong protests, warning that “the people who are protesting are not backing down, the Chinese government doesn’t seem to be backing down, so if cooler heads don’t prevail it’s possible things in Hong Kong could get very ugly” and adding that “That’s actually what I’m worried about the most right now, because every weekend we’ve got this drama where the people of Hong KONG ARE HAVING PROTESTS IN THE MILLIONS AND ITS STARTING TO GET VERY VIOLENT.”
Tehran has advised Israel to stay clear of the Persian Gulf, where the US has been struggling to amass an anti-Iranian armada, noting that every vessel illegally present in the region increases the risk of an all-out conflict.
“Any illegitimate presence by the Zionists in the waters of the Persian Gulf could spark a war,”commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s Navy, Alireza Tangsiri, warned on Sunday.
Israel reportedly volunteered to provide intelligence and assistance to the US-led coalition against Iran, as the pressure in the Persian Gulf mounts, after a series of mysterious tanker attacks and reciprocal vessel seizures by Iran and the UK. Israel warned last month that it is ready to strike Iran in the case of any “mistaken calculations,” piling on the pressure after Tehran said a US attack would mean “only half an hour will remain of Israel’s lifespan.”
The Islamic Republic has vowed to protect its sovereignty in the Strait of Hormuz and beyond, accusing the US of trying to enforce its unilateral oil sanctions through military pressure after failing to do it via political extortion. Washington insists its intentions are peaceful and that it is rallying foreign warships to the region with the noble goal of protecting shipping lanes and vessels from Tehran.
So far, the US has had trouble drumming up support for its “maritime policing” initiative among European countries, as only the UK has been eager enough to send two of its vessels into the midst of the tensions.
ISRAEL’S PARTICIPATION IN GULF SECURITY FORCE OPENS ITS 5TH FRONT AGAINST IRAN
Tehran is treating the planned Israeli role in the US-led Gulf defense force much as Israel would react to the sudden arrival in Beirut of an Iranian submarine fleet or the transfer of an Al-Qods brigade to Bint Jbeil in S. Lebanon – casus belli.
Since seizing power 40 years ago, the Islamic Republic of Iran has strived with all its might to distance the Americans and their allies from its land and maritime borders. However, US forces are not just staying in Syria, Iraq and the Arabian Gulf emirates, but have redeployed at Saudi bases and are preparing to co-opt Israel to the naval, aerial and intelligence force Washington is setting up to safeguard Gulf shipping.
Tehran therefore sees its most alarming foes rallying at its front and back doors and its most cherished defense strategy blowing away. This has spurred Iranian officials to issue almost daily warnings. Their message: “The illegitimate presence by the Zionists in the waters of the Persian Gulf could spark a war.” This no longer empty rhetoric; Iran may be expected to add Israeli vessels to its potential US, British, Saudi and UAE targets.
Iran’s claim to be the legitimate guardian of Gulf shipping including the Strait of Hormuz has always been the rationale of its national defense posture. Still, for years, Tehran took no notice of Western claims that Israel’s nuclear-armed Dolphin submarines had established a permanent presence in Gulf waters opposite Iran’s shores as a “second-strike” resource in case of an Iranian attack on the Jewish state. No such submarines were ever sighted; nor was their presence ever proven, which made it easy for the Iranians to turn a blind eye.
No longer is this possible since the US announced Israel’s participation in the Gulf defense force. The rules have changed. This change had its onset in Israel’s first attack in Iraq in the second half of July on an Iranian missile stock and command center. Tehran sees Israel’s Gulf role as the next step in the new game: the opening of a fifth front against Iran after Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
As Iran seeks to intimidate its way out of US-led economic sanctions, including by seizing tankers in the Strait of Hormuz, a top Israeli expert has warned that Israel would be immensely vulnerable if Tehran extends this tactic to a second strategic waterway.
Prof. Shaul Chorev, a rear admiral (ret.) who heads the Maritime Policy & Strategic Research Center at the University of Haifa, noted that last August, Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthi rebels attacked two Saudi oil tankers in the Bab al-Mandab strait at the southern entrance to the Red Sea. That incident prompted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to directly warn Iran against seeking to block the strait, and promise that Israel and a “determined international coalition” would prevent this.
A full third of Israel’s global trade is with the Far East, Chorev noted, billions of dollars’ worth of Israeli imports and exports pass through Bab al-Mandab, and Israel thus “needs to worry” about what plays out there. In a recent strategic overview produced by his maritime research center, he urged that Israel formulate an overall strategy to face up to the threat “via a naval coalition with Western forces that operate in the area, or independently.”
Israel doesn’t sail to the Strait of Hormuz, Chorev, a former navy commander of submarines and missile boats, noted in our interview (although Foreign Minister Israel Katz reportedly said Tuesday that Israel is involved in a US-led naval mission to provide maritime security there, drawing a stream of Iranian threats). It does, however, sail through Bab al-Mandab, noted Chorev, “and we are vulnerable there.” Iran “can directly target us.”
NORTH KOREA SAYS LATEST TEST WAS ‘NEW WEAPON’
Seoul (AFP) – North Korean leader Kim Jong Un supervised a “new weapon” test, state media reported Sunday, the latest in a series of launches that US President Donald Trump has played down as Washington seeks to restart nuclear talks with Pyongyang.
The report carried by the Korean Central News Agency followed Trump’s comments that Kim had expressed a willingness to meet once the US-South Korean exercises are over and apologised for the slew of missile tests.
Saturday’s launch was the North’s fifth test in two weeks as it protests the annual military drills under way between Seoul and Washington which always infuriates Pyongyang.
Defence officials in Seoul said Pyongyang fired what appeared to be two short-range ballistic missiles Saturday, flying 400 kilometres (250 miles) before splashing down in the sea between the Korean peninsula and Japan.
KCNA provided no technical specifications but said Sunday they were a “new weapon” developed to suit the country’s “terrain condition”.
The official Rodong Sinmun newspaper carried several photos showing a broadly grinning Kim surrounded by his aides as he observed the test.
Kim Dong-yub, a researcher at the Institute for Far Eastern Studies, said the weapons were likely to be new short-range ballistic missiles that are part of Pyongyang’s modernisation of its military capabilities.
They were the “North Korean version of a low-cost, high-efficiency retaliation system” aimed at “incapacitating missile defence systems” in the South, Kim added.
In a statement issued by KCNA on Sunday, the North’s foreign ministry said the South’s refusal to cancel its joint drills with the US had effectively scuppered any prospect of future talks with Seoul.
“They had better keep in mind that this dialogue would be held strictly between (North Korea) and the US, not between the North and the South,” it said.
‘Small apology’ –
Trump has appeared determined to secure a denuclearisation agreement with North Korea ahead of next year’s US presidential elections, despite a breakdown in talks since he first met Kim in a historic summit in Singapore in June 2018.
Even after their abortive second summit in February—and as Pyongyang has continued to test short-range missiles—Trump has been reluctant to criticise the North Korean leader.
On Friday the US president said he agreed with Kim’s opposition to the war games—albeit for financial rather than military reasons—and indicated the missile launches were not important.
“I’ll say it again. There have been no nuclear tests. The missile tests have all been short-range. No ballistic missile tests, no long-range missiles,” Trump said.
Then on Saturday, Trump said Kim had expressed in a letter his willingness to meet and resume negotiations once the US-South Korean exercises are over.
Kim also offered a “small apology for testing the short range missiles,” the US leader noted, and said the tests would end once the military drills wrap up on August 20.
The pair last met in late June for brief talks in the Demilitarised Zone separating the two Koreas—and Trump became the first sitting US president ever to step inside the North.
‘Licence to fire’ –
Shin Beom-chul, an analyst at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies in Seoul, said Trump’s downplaying of the launches were equvalent to endorsing the missile tests.
“If Kim felt the missile tests could jeopardise the dialogue momentum, he would refrain. But right now, it’s as if North Korea has a licence to fire short-range missiles,” Shin told AFP.
The foreign ministry in Pyongyang said Trump’s comments effectively recognised the North’s “self-defensive rights” as a sovereign state to conduct “small” missile tests.
Leif-Eric Easley, a professor at Ewha University in Seoul, said by appealing directly to Trump, Kim was “trying to drive a wedge between Washington and Seoul” as Pyongyang seeks to break the alliance.
Washington and Seoul pledged in March to scale down their joint drills in an effort to foster denuclearisation efforts.
While past exercises involved extensive combat field training—with thousands of American troops coming in from several countries to take part—the current games are decidedly low-key, with the emphasis on computer-simulated scenarios.
IRAN: ‘AMERICAN MILITARY ASSETS IN MIDDLE EAST ARE WITHIN RANGE OF IRAN’S MISSILES – IF IRAN DOESN’T HAVE SECURITY THEN NO ONE WILL
A top official in Tehran’s mullah-led regime warns that if Iran doesn’t have security and stability then no one will.
Iranian Gen. Hossein Dehghan, the adviser on defense affairs for Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, told Al Jazeera on July 26 that his military’s shootdown of an American drone in June proved that Iran is strong enough to take “significant measures” against the United states.
And he said it will confront all threats to its national security, according to the Middle East Media Research Institute.
MEMRI said: “He also claimed that the U.S. has adopted a ‘defensive approach’ because American allies and American military assets in the Middle East are within range of Iran’s missiles.
He threatened: “Either everybody enjoys security and stability, or nobody does.”
In the interview, Dehghan said: “I say it loud and clear. If the goal is to threaten us and to provide security and stability to others, there will be no security whatsoever.”
He repeated the threat that any interference in Iran’s oil business would stir trouble.
“The countries in the Persian Gulf must accept one basic principle: Either everybody will enjoy security, or everybody will be denied the economic benefits of this important region,” he said.
He claimed President Trump is “in dire need” of contact with Iran and is willing to give “great privileges” in exchange.
Trump pulled the U.S. out of an international nuclear deal negotiated by the Obama administration that provided billions of dollars and other benefits to Iran.
The U.S. has restored all of the sanctions that had been in place to convince Iran to give up its nuclear weapon program.
Dehghan claimed: “The truth is that Trump and his administration – especially [Secretary of State Mike] Pompeo and others – present scenarios about the need to topple our regime, to strike Iran militarily, to destroy Iran from within, and to create coalitions that will prevent Iran from becoming an influential regional power. How can we believe them after all of this? Therefore, their talk about negotiations is nothing but deception, hypocrisy, and plain lies. I think that Trump knows that he is lying with regard to the negotiations with Iran.”
He said the Gulf Cooperation Council is dead.
“Some of these countries contact us and ask us not to consider them as supportive of the current U.S. position,” he said.
Dehghan claimed “all” of America’s “aircraft carriers, frigates, and military bases in the region are directly within the range of our missiles.”
He said America’s allies “should not expect to have any safe place in the region” if a conflict breaks out.
HAMAS, HEZBOLLAH AND IRAN ‘ON THE SAME PATH’ TOWARDS WAR WITH ISRAEL
An official with Palestinian terror group Hamas on Saturday told a Lebanese newspaper that in the next major conflagration, should the Gaza rulers feel that Israel is trying to “break” the group, its regional allies will join forces with Hamas.
This was one of the understandings reached between Hamas and Iran during a high-level meeting last month in Tehran, the pro-Hezbollah Lebanese paper al-Akhbar reported (in Arabic) on Saturday.
“If the Israeli enemy launches aggression against the Gaza Strip, and we estimate that it is a confined battle that will not develop into a war to break us, we will face it alone,” the official was quoted by the paper as saying.
“But if the enemy [Israel] tries to break the resistance, the rest of the axis will join the battle,” he went on, in reference to Iran and its proxy, Hezbollah.
The Islamic Republic is a longtime financial supporter of Hamas’s armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, sworn to Israel’s destruction, and the al-Quds Brigades, Islamic Jihad’s military branch. Iran also funds Hezbollah, which is similarly sworn to Israel’s annihilation.
In the July meeting between nine senior Hamas officials — including Saleh al-Arouri, the deputy chief of the Hamas politburo, and Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei — Iran agreed to massively increase its monthly payments to the terror group in exchange for intelligence on Israeli missile capabilities, Israel’s Channel 12 reported earlier this month.
Tehran expressed willingness to raise its monthly financial backing to the terror group to an unprecedented $30 million per month, according to the report citing an unnamed Arab source.
That will represent a massive increase in Iranian support for the Gaza rulers. A report by the Ynet news site from August 2018, citing Palestinian sources, said Iran’s payments to Hamas at the time amounted to $70 million per year (less than $6 million per month).
In exchange for the funding, Tehran asked Hamas to provide intelligence about the location of Israel’s missile stockpiles, the report said. It was not immediately clear if the raise was strictly conditioned on the intelligence provided by the terror group.
The Hamas members said they would convey the request to the movement’s leaders in Gaza.
During his visit to Tehran, al-Arouri said that Hamas and Iran stand on “the same path” in fighting Israel, Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency reported at the time.
“We are on the same path as the Islamic Republic — the path of battling the Zionist entity and the arrogant ones,” he said, according to the report.
Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh told a group of Turkish journalists at the time that he hoped the delegation’s visit would achieve “important results.”
Arouri, who was elected as Hamas’s deputy chief in October 2017, has traveled to Iran at least five times over the past two years. He has frequently heaped praised on Iran.
“Iran is the only country that says that entity [Israel] is cancerous and should be uprooted from the region,” he told the pro-Hamas Al-Quds TV in February 2018. “It is the only country that is prepared to provide real and public support to the Palestinian resistance and others to confront the entity.”
A report in August by the Haaretz daily said that Israeli intelligence officials believe Hamas and Iran have come to an agreement for the terror group to open a war front against Israel from the southern coastal Strip in the event of conflict breaking out with Iran’s allies on the Jewish state’s northern border.
Two of the world’s most important powers, India and Pakistan, are locked into an extremely dangerous confrontation over the bitterly disputed Himalayan mountain state of Kashmir. Both are nuclear armed.
Kashmir has been a flashpoint since Imperial Britain divided India in 1947. India and Pakistan have fought numerous wars and conflicts over majority Muslim Kashmir. China controls a big chunk of northern Kashmir known as Aksai Chin.
In 1949, the UN mandated a referendum to determine if Kashmiris wanted to join Pakistan or India. Not surprisingly, India refused to hold the vote. But there are some Kashmiris who want an independent state, though a majority seek to join Pakistan.
India claims that most of northern Pakistan is actually part of Kashmir, which it claims in full. India rules the largest part of Kashmir, formerly a princely state. Pakistan holds a smaller portion, known as Azad Kashmir. In my book on Kashmir, ‘War at the Top of the World,’ I called it ‘the globe’s most dangerous conflict.’ It remains so today.
I’ve been under fire twice on the Indo-Pak border in Kashmir, known as the ‘Line of Control,’ and once at 15,000 feet atop the Siachen Glacier on China’s border. India has over 500,000 soldiers and paramilitary police garrisoning its portion of Kashmir, whose 12 million people bitterly oppose often corrupt and brutal Indian rule…
About 250,000 Pakistani troops are dug in on the other side of the ceasefire line.
What makes this confrontation so dangerous is that both sides have important tactical and nuclear forces arrayed against one another. These are mostly short/medium-ranged nuclear tipped missiles, and air-delivered nuclear bombs. Strategic nuclear weapons back up these tactical forces. A nuclear exchange, even a limited one, could kill millions, pollute much of Asia’s ground water, and spread radioactive dust around the globe – including to North America.
India’s huge armed forces outnumber those of Pakistan by 4 or 5 to one. Without nuclear weapons, Pakistan would be quickly overrun by Indian forces. Only massive Chinese intervention would save Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Kashmir, the world’s longest-running major dispute, continues, threatening a terrible nuclear conflict. Making matters worse, both India and Pakistan’s nuclear forces are on a hair-trigger alert, with a warning time of only minutes. This is a region where electronics often become scrambled. A false alert or a flock of birds could trigger a massive nuclear war in South Asia.
With Tisha b’Av, the day of mourning for the Holy Temple, almost upon us, it’s time to brush up on the importance of Jerusalem, and in this case, the Temple and the Temple Mount – the focal point of Jerusalem.
The First and Second Temples stood in Jerusalem on Har Habayit, the Temple Mount, known as Mount Moriah throughout the Bible. Today there is the familiar gold domed mosque which occupies the site.
Contrary to popular widespread misconception, the Holy Temple was much more than a synagogue. It was the center of all Jewish life, both spiritual and material. From the High Priest and the High Court to the shops and money changers along its outer promenade, the Holy Temple was the pulse of Jewish life in Jerusalem, and by extension, the entire world.
The Bible tells us that the First Temple was built in 957 BCE by King Solomon. Before this time people were permitted to offer sacrifices to God at any time and place, even in their own backyard. Once the Temple was completed, it became forbidden to offer sacrifices anywhere else.
The Temple replaced the Tabernacle, the portable synagogue that accompanied the Jewish people during their 40 years of wandering in the desert, as well as in the Land of Israel until the Temple was built.
The First Temple was destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BCE.
According to the Book of Ezra, construction of the Second Temple was authorized by King Cyrus and began in 538 BCE, after the fall of the Babylonian Empire the previous year. It was completed 23 years later, on the third day of Adar, in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the Great (12 March 515 BCE). The dedication ceremony was led by the Jewish governor Zerubbabel. The main courtyard had 13 gates from which one was able to access the Temple and the Temple Mount.
During the Roman occupation of Judea, the Temple remained under control of the Jewish people. It was later destroyed by the Romans in 70 CE during the Siege of Jerusalem. During the last revolt of the Jews against the Romans in 132-135 CE, Simon bar Kokhba and Rabbi Akiva wanted to rebuild the Temple, but bar Kokhba’s revolt failed and the Jews were banned from Jerusalem
Orthodox Judaism believes in the future building of a Third Temple and the resumption of the offerings, although there is disagreement about how the rebuilding should take place. Most rabbinic authorities believe that the rebuilding of the Temple should only be undertaken by the Messiah in the Messianic era, though some believe that the Jewish people should rebuild the Temple themselves.
The Cold War perception of space travel as being very human-oriented with man conquering Mars to build the Capitalist or Communist cities of tomorrow has been completely replaced by the reality that drones are much better suited for space exploration than humans. When it comes to military aviation the situation is similar. The strongest and weakest point of any pilot is his brain, which cannot stand the massive gravitational forces that ultra-modern fighter jets are capable of creating. So it is no surprise that at some point the US, Russia and China will unveil a drone big enough and capable enough to replace any current generation bombers and fighters removing the limitations of the human body’s weakness to big gravity from military aviation. And, as of a few days ago the Russians did just that.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation just released video to the public of a test of their new massive pilotless aircraft called “The Hunter”. This demonstration was conducted while the craft was receiving signals from a human pilot on land, but the Ministry claims they will soon be able to show off its fully-automated capabilities.
The Hunter is a big beast, the largest military “drone” ever produced if it gets put into production, weighing in at 20 metric tons giving it the ability to carry any payload that any other Russian fighter jet can in theory.
The natural media reaction to this unveiling will surely be that of “Russian Aggression” (how dare you snow slaves produce anything other than oil) or “Cold War 2.0” is happening right now (we are all possibly doomed). The latter option is far more relevant and interesting.
The US has suspended shipments of the fifth-generation jet to Turkey and stopped training its pilots since it failed to convince Ankara to drop a contract on Russian S-400 air defence systems in favour of American Patriot systems.
Turkish authorities, responsible for procuring armaments, are reviewing the possibility of buying Russian Su-35 fighter jets as proposed by Rosoboronexport, the daily newspaper Yeni Safak reported. According to the newspaper, the authorities have requested the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB), Turkish Air Force Command and other relevant institutions to give their evaluation about this idea.
The daily newspaper added that if the plan to buy Russian jets receives positive feedback, the formal negotiations with Russia on the matter will receive the green light to start. Turkish officials haven’t commented on the report yet.
Russia’s Rosoboronexport offered to sell Su-35 fighters to Ankara amid media reports that Turkey might be considering such an option due to problems with F-35 procurements from the US.
Washington suspended F-35 supplies and training programmes for Turkish pilots after Ankara refused to follow its demands to drop contracts on Russian S-400 air defence systems. The US claims that these systems can reveal the F-35’s weaknesses to Russia and offered to sell Patriot missile systems to Ankara instead.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, however, refused to cave in to US demands, saying that Russia made a better offer for the S-400, which his country needs for national security needs. He suggested creating a working group with Washington to handle its concerns regarding the S-400s, but the US turned blind eye to the offer.
The disagreements over S-400s and F-35 marked a major rift in US-Turkish relations, with Washington threatening Ankara with sanctions and exclusion from NATO.
Crete hit by THIRD earthquake in a fortnight as Brit tourists woken in their beds days after huge tremor in Turkey
THE GREEK ISLAND OF CRETE HAS BEEN ROCKED THIS MORNING BY AN EARTHQUAKE.
The estimated 4.8 magnitude tremor hit shortly before 8am local time — the third to have stuck the holiday destination in less than a fortnight.
According to seismologists, the epicentre was about 40 miles north of Crete in the sea.
This is the third tremor in Crete in just two weeks, one striking yesterday morning of 5.0 magnitude.
On July 31 holidaymakers were woken by shaking buildings as a 5.3 tremor hit.
It is not known whether there has been any casualties or damage to buildings from today’s one.
The Crete quake also comes after a massive earthquake rocked western Turkey — just 60 miles from a tourist spot popular with Brits.
The magnitude-6.5 tremor on Thursday shook buildings in Denizli, damaging homes and causing some injuries, according to reports.
On Saturday Europe prepared for a doomsday mega-quake amid warnings a shock earthquake could unleash a tsunami into Mediterranean’s tourist hotpots.
Navies from Israel, US, France, and Greece staged out a surprise four-day “Mighty Waves” drill intended to prepare EU countries for a earthquake-tsunami disaster.
Dan. 2:41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
Dan. 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
“German industry is in the deepest slump since the global financial crisis, and threatens to push Europe’s powerhouse economy into full-blown recession. The darkening outlook is forcing the European Central Bank to contemplate ever more perilous measures.
“The influential Ifo Institute in Munich said its business climate indicator for manufacturing went into “free fall” in July, as the delayed damage from global trade conflict takes its toll and confidence wilts. It goes far beyond the woes of the car industry. More than 80pc of Germany’s factories are in outright contraction.”
Why? What is going on here? It seems that, though other European member-states used to be Germany’s largest market, Germany’s first and third largest export destinations are now the US and China, respectively. Together, they account for more than 15% of all outbound German trade activity. More than 18% of Germany’s export goods ended up somewhere in Asia. Therefore, Germany’s industrial struggles in 2019 point the finger in the direction of its external focus, which means the US, China, and Asia – i.e. its largest marginal trade partners. And the principal assailants in today’s trade and tech wars.
But if Germany’s manufacturing woes were not sufficient in and of themselves, then combined with the threat of trade war with Trump, the prospect indeed is bleak for Europe: And the likelihood is that any of that ECB stimulus – promised for this autumn, as Mario Draghi warns that the European picture is getting “worse and worse” – will be very likely to meet with an angry response from Trump – castigated as blatant currency manipulation by the EU and its ECB. EU Relations with Washington seem set to sour (in more ways than one).
But there is more: Speaking in the German parliament, Alice Weidel, the AfD leader, tore into Chancellor Merkel for her, and Brussel’s, botched handling of Brexit (for which “she, Merkel bears some responsibility”). Weidel pointed out that “the UK is the second biggest economy in Europe – as big as the 19 smallest EU members combined”. “From an economic perspective, the EU is shrinking from 27 member-states to 9. In the face of such an enormous event, the EU reaction verges on a pathological denial of reality …
But, out of blind loyalty, you [Merkel], follow France, which wants to deny Britain access to the Single Market. Yes, you [Merkel] are considering not allowing Britain access to the European Economic Area, because France does not want it. [Sarcasm] that would be too much: Too much free trade; too much fresh air in the markets … France with its failed industrial policy serves as [the new] blueprint [for the EU]”. (See video here).
Weidel’s last point is key: She is implying that Macron is positioning himself to eclipse Merkel as the EU leader on the waning of the Chancellor’s influence and credibility. Macron intends to impose instead, the “failed” French industrial model, to Germany’s disadvantage, Weidel suggests.
Weidel also warns the German Parliament that that the biggest consequence for Germany from Brexit is not just its exports, but rather, without the UK as a EU member, Germany will lose its ability to assemble a blocking majority (35%) in Council: And, absent this ability to block, Germany may not be able “to stop the crisis-ridden, Club-Med States and France, from reaching into community funds”.
And Macron has just exploded that original Franco-German compact through putting a French woman (Lagarde) in charge of the ECB; a self-declared Federalist (“I want a United States of Europe”) as EU Commission President, and a Brexit hawk as President of the EU Council. Macron’s triumph over Merkel is intended to de-throne Germany. And a punishment Brexit – both to weaken Germany, and to sap Germany’s voting power at the Council – as well as the satisfaction of seeing a chastised Britain being chased from out of the EU.
So Macron is ushering in his notion of a closer centralised European governance – but who is to pay for it now? Without Germany’s former level of contributions and Britain’s input as a major contributor nation, the EU can neither reform itself (since many reforms would require Treaty re-writes), nor afford itself.
“Those Eastern European states which emerged from the break-up of the Soviet Union had been led to believe that a bright new world of West European living standards, enhanced pay levels, high rates of social mobility and consumption were on offer.
Unfortunately, they were sold an illusion: the result of the transition so far seems to have been the creation of a low-wage hinterland, a border economy on the fringes of the highly developed European core
The eastern population has shrunk by about 2 million, unemployment has soared, young people are moving away in droves, and what was one of the Eastern Bloc’s leading industrial nations is now largely devoid of industry.
And here lies the kernel of the crisis. There has been a call from all sides to try something different: such as relaxing the fiscal rules that are destroying public services; or, more daringly, to touch the ‘holy grail’: of reform of the financial and banking system.
But here is the rub: All such initiatives are prohibited in the locked-down treaty system. Everyone might think to revise those treaties. But that is not going to happen. The treaties are untouchable, precisely because Germany believes that to loosen its hold over the monetary system will be to open Pandora’s Box to the ghosts of inflation and social instability rising, to haunt us anew. Weidel was very clear on this danger.
The reality is that the European ‘lock-down’ derives from a system that has willfully removed power from parliaments and governments, and enshrined the automaticity of that system into treaties that can only be revised by extraordinary procedures. No one in Brussels sees any prospect of ‘that’ happening – hence the Brussels ‘record’ is stuck…
Only the onset of the coming recession in Europe and the associated sovereign debt crisis may prove sufficient to shake Brussels from its smug torpor, and to focus minds on how to manage the coming crisis. As Evans-Pritchard concludes, the ECB cannot save the eurozone another time. The baton passes to the politicians – if they are able?
7 UNANSWERED QUESTIONS ABOUT JEFFREY EPSTEIN’S DEATH THAT THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA NEEDS TO BE TALKING ABOUT
Did Jeffrey Epstein commit suicide or was he murdered? This is a question that is being debated by millions of Americans right now, and without a doubt this is the biggest story of this news cycle. Unfortunately, the mainstream media is already dropping the ball. Instead of going wherever the evidence leads them, there already seems to be a tremendous effort to marginalize any explanations for his death other than “suicide”. And it may turn out that “suicide” is where the evidence takes us, but while things are unclear we should not be afraid to ask the hard questions. (READ MORE…)

ILLINOIS PASSES LAW FORCING ALL STATE SCHOOLS TO BEGIN TEACHING LGBTQ+P FOR PEDOPHILE HISTORY LESSONS TO ‘NEUTRALIZE RELIGION’ IN THE CLASSROOM
The bill includes a section that allows the department to implement rules “as necessary” for the law to be enacted and “to ensure the religious neutrality of the textbook block grant program.” “We think all students are better off when we teach them the full breadth of history,” Brian Johnson, the CEO of the LGBT+ organization Equality Illinois, said of the piece of legislation last year. “It makes them more likely to understand that a diverse cast has contributed to our society.” The measure passed the state senate by a vote of 34-18 last May.
Illinois has passed a law demanding that LGBTQ+P for Pedophile history must be taught in schools from next year onwards.
I hate to be the one to tell you, Christian, but we are losing the battle against the forces of rising darkness here in America, with more ground lost each and every day. Illinois is not the only state to force schools to begin teaching LGBTQ+P for Pedophile history lessons, and within 2 years, there will not be a state that does not have that as a requirement. When that happens, on what basis then do you stop such wickedness like Drag Queen Story Hour from taking place in your public library? The answer is you can’t, and you won’t legally be able to do anything about it.
“Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;” Isaiah 10:1 (KJV)
Why is God allowing this to happen? Because we told Him that He was no longer welcome in our schools, so He left. America as a nation is under the active judgment of God. Yes it is still the age of grace as far as salvation in the Church Age goes, but nationally it is obvious His judgment is falling upon us.
“Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.” Luke 17:28 – 30 (KJV)
LGBTQ+P FOR PEDOPHILE activist group GLSEN is behind this, we have been warning you about these people for years now. GLSEN you may recall has done things like ‘Unity Week’ in Pennsylvania public schools where they got the school to force 2,800 student to watch pro-LGBTQ+P videos and the parents were not allowed to attend. GLSEN allows promotes the sodomite practice of 2 men ‘fisting’ each other, and teaches that in the schools as well. Illinois lawmakers said this new law was passed to “ensure the religious neutrality of the textbooks”. Translation of that is “to ensure removal of that pesky King James Bible” from the school system.
For nearly 10 years now, NTEB has been warning you about the dark days to come. Those days, the days of Lot, are here.
ILLINOIS PASSES LAW MAKING LGBTQ+ HISTORY LESSONS IN SCHOOLS COMPULSORY
FROM YAHOO NEWS: Democrat Illinois Governor JB Pritzker signed legislation on Friday requiring state schools to teach the role and contributions of LGBT+ people in US history. The bill’s supporters argue the measure aims to curb anti-LGBT+ bullying in schools by teaching students about the historical significance of LGBT+ individuals in American society.
The piece of legislation requires all schools in the state include “the role and contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the history of this country and this state” in official textbooks. The state’s Board of Education is also obliged to publish a list of the textbooks authorised for purchase under the law annually.
“Each public school district and state-recognised, non-public school shall, subject to appropriations for that purpose, receive a per-pupil grant for the purchase of secular and non-discriminatory textbooks,” says the text of the legislation.
It comes after a 2017 study by GLSEN, a US-based education organisation working to end discrimination, harassment, and bullying based on sexual orientation and gender identity, found 61 per cent of LGBT+ students in Illinois said they faced verbal harassment based on gender expression.
The bill includes a section that allows the department to implement rules “as necessary” for the law to be enacted and “to ensure the religious neutrality of the textbook block grant program.”
“We think all students are better off when we teach them the full breadth of history,” Brian Johnson, the CEO of the LGBT+ organisation Equality Illinois, said of the piece of legislation last year. “It makes them more likely to understand that a diverse cast has contributed to our society.”
THE MEASURE PASSED THE STATE SENATE BY A VOTE OF 34-18 LAST MAY.
Democrat state Senator Heather Steans, who sponsored the bill, said in a previous statement that “one of the best ways to overcome intolerance is through education and exposure to different people and viewpoints”.
“An inclusive curriculum will not only teach an accurate version of history but also promote acceptance of the LGBT+ community,” she added.
“It is my hope that teaching students about the valuable contributions LGBT+ individuals have made throughout history will create a safer environment with fewer incidents of harassment. LGBT+ children and teenagers will also be able to gain new role models who share life experiences with them.”
The bill comes after Pride month saw the Trump administration deny requests from its American embassies to fly the rainbow flag on their flagpoles. This marked a significant shift from the Obama era policy which gave diplomats blanket permission to fly the flag during the month of June.
Donald Trump’s policy stipulates that express permission must be granted for the rainbow flag to be flown but no requests were approved. US diplomats nevertheless still managed to find creative ways to show support.
The embassy in Jerusalem shared a photo of its branch office in Tel Aviv – formerly the embassy before Mr Trump moved it to Jerusalem – decorated in rainbow colours. The US missions in the South Korean capital Seoul and the Indian city of Chennai hung large rainbow flags on their exteriors.
Vice President Mike Pence insisted the ban was the “right decision” in June. The Republican, an evangelical Christian who opposes gay marriage and has a history of supporting anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, said there were no restrictions on pride flags elsewhere on the buildings. READ MORE:
SCHOOLS ARE TEACHING GENDER AND SEXUAL IDENTITY
In Rocklin County, California, a kindergarten teacher read a book called “I Am Jazz,” to her students, an autobiographical picture book about a transgender child. One line in the book reads, “I have a girl brain but a boy body.”
