Matthew 24:3-14 3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all[a] these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences,[b] and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

QUESTION:    I have been asked to give a presentation on the 6 days of creation as well as the flood. One question that comes up that is shared between the two accounts is: just what is the difference in the breath of life as it pertains to mankind (Genesis 2:7) and the animals (Genesis 6:17). What it SEEMS to indicate is that when God breathed the breath of life into man, a soul and spirit(man’s) were formed. However when this same breath of life was breathed into anything other than man, the result was a soul only, no spirit. I’m confused.
ANSWER:    First of all, Genesis 6:17 simply says that God was going to destroy every living creature on dry land. Genesis 7:21 confirms that this happened.
I believe the fact that the Bible specifically mentions God breathing life into Adam (Genesis 2:7) but makes no mention of doing the same for animals is meant to differentiate between the two. After all, He didn’t have to breathe life into either man or animal to make them live. He could have just commanded their respiratory systems to begin working. By breathing His own breath into Adam’s nostrils He was establishing a special relationship with him, perhaps underscoring the fact that man was created in His image, whereas the animals were not. This could also explain why man has both soul and spirit, while animals have only a soul.
And remember, when Jesus imparted the Holy Spirit to His disciples, He did so by breathing on them (John 20:22).

QUESTION:    I’ve never heard any pastor, layman or brethren explain fully the rapture. When it is explained it’s always in ethereal terms and without a whole lot of sense. I’ve of a mind it’s not something we can regulate with the many varieties of explanations currently being taught. Hence, I’ve been skeptical of this phrase as well as the whole concept. Would you like to give me your explanation?
ANSWER:    In a nutshell, here’s what the Bible says. In 1 Thes. 4:16-18 Paul wrote that at some point in time Jesus will call both deceased and living believers from the entire Church Age together to meet Him in the air, and from that time on we will always be with Him. In John 14:2-3 Jesus said the place He will take us to is His Father’s House. In 1 Cor. 15:51-53 Paul said this will happen instantaneously and without advance warning. At that time the dead will receive new physical bodies and the bodies of the living will be changed from mortal to immortal so we can exist in His presence. From 1 Thes. 1:10 and Rev. 3:10 we learn that the reason for this is to take us away from both the time and place of the judgements that are coming upon the Earth, so He’ll come for us before these judgements begin.
Next to His promise to save us from the penalty due us for our sins, this is the most important promise the Lord has made to us. At the moment we came to belief He placed His Spirit within us as a guarantee that this will happen, whether we understand it or not.

Deri accuses Liberman of extorting Netanyahu with ‘delusional demands’
The Times of Israel liveblogging Thursday’s events as they unfold.
Hamas leader says Iran ready to help strike Tel Aviv if Israeli ‘aggression’ continues
Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar says that Iran supplies the Gaza-based terrorist group with the rockets it fires at Israel from the Gaza Strip.
“Iran provided us with rockets, and we surprised the world when our resistance targeted Beersheba,” he says according to reports in Arabic-language media. “Had it not been for Iran, the resistance in Palestine would not have possessed its current capabilities.”
“If the enemy continues its aggression, the resistance will strike Tel Aviv and other cities with exponentially more rockets, and with Iranian assistance,” Sinwar says according to reports.
He also slams the Trump administration’s Mideast peace plan, saying the proposal is bound to fail. “The conflict will not be over until the occupation is removed from all of our land,” he says.

Deri accuses Liberman of extorting coalition with ‘delusional demands’
Shas chairman and Interior Minister Aryeh Deri lashes out at Avigdor Liberman, accusing the Yisrael Beytenu leader of extorting him and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the recent coalition negotiations.
“For reasons of rivalry and hatred, he decided to drag the entire county into this whole situation,” he says at a Shas faction meeting. “It’s over,” he said of their relationship.
“It’s difficult to describe their demands, but we agreed to them,” Deri says. “This is the first time in my life that I have ever felt extorted, but extorted in the most obvious sense of the word.”
“And yet despite this, we did everything possible to form a government. Every time we approached them, we were greeted with another delusional demand — and I have no doubt these demands were made intentionally for us to say no — but each time we said yes, there was another demand.”
“I feel very hurt and disappointed that he used us these past 40 days instead of just openly saying that he doesn’t want Netanyhau as prime minister.”
IDF seals Hezbollah’s ‘flagship’ cross-border tunnel
The Israeli military is sealing off a cross-border Hezbollah attack tunnel from Lebanon, which it says was the largest and most technically advanced passage dug by the Iran-backed terrorist group.
The tunnel, which began in the Lebanese border town of Ramyeh, is being closed off with concrete and other sealants, “after an intelligence-operations investigation throughout the tunnel was performed in recent months,” the army says.

Iran is Trying to Get Weapons of Mass Destruction, German Intelligence Reveals
Iran is attempting to acquire weapons of mass destruction, according to a new German intelligence report.
The report says the Iranian regime is trying to expand its arsenal with heavier weapons amid flaring tensions with the United States.
Describing to the Islamic Republic as a “risk country,” the May 2019 report reveals that Tehran is “making efforts to expand its conventional arsenal of weapons with weapons of mass destruction.”
These weapons are defined as atomic bombs, biological and chemical weapons by the Bavarian Office for the Protection of the Constitution – Germany’s equivalent of the CIA.
The Iranians said they would restrict their nuclear program in the 2015 Iran Deal.
President Trump’s administration slammed the agreement, however, as it did not prevent weapons development.
US national security adviser John Bolton said on Wednesday there was “no reason”for Iran to back out of its nuclear deal other than to seek atomic weapons, a year after the U.S. president unilaterally withdrew America from the accord.
Iran has set a July 7 deadline for Europe to offer better terms to the unraveling nuclear deal, otherwise, it will resume enrichment closer to weapons level.
The US ambassador to Germany told Fox News“We know the Iranian regime is on the hunt for money to fund their malign activities and so it is imperative that the U.S. and our European allies work together to deny this regime the capital they seek.
“They will use secretive schemes and dark money; we must be vigilant. They are strapped for cash.”
The German Intelligence report states that Iran, along with North Korea and Pakistan, is attempting to obtain contracts from their technologically advanced factories.
It refers to German customs officers intercepting a beam welding machine which can be used for making missile launch vehicles.
The device had been ordered through a Malaysian company but was destined for Iran, the intelligence report said.
In recent weeks, tensions have soared as the U.S. beefed up its military presence in the Persian Gulf in response to a still-unexplained threat from Iran.
On Wednesday, Trump’s adviser Bolton claimed the alleged sabotage of four oil tankers off the coast of the United Arab Emirates came from naval mines placed “almost certainly by Iran.”
Speaking in Abu Dhabi, the Emirati capital, Bolton told journalists that there had been a previously unknown attempt to attack the Saudi oil port of Yanbu as well.

Saudi Arabia Calls for ‘All Means of Force’ to Confront Attacks Blamed on Iran
Two Saudi oil tankers and two other vessels were targeted earlier this month near Fujairah, one of the seven Arab emirates, in what the UAE’s Foreign Ministry has described as “acts of sabotage”.
During a meeting of foreign ministers for the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation on Thursday, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Assaf called on Muslim nations to “confront” vessel attacks off the UAE coast that the United States has blamed on Iran with “all means of force and firmness”.
The minister said the alleged sabotage of ships and a recent drone attack on a Saudi oil pipeline require “more efforts to counter the terrorist acts of extremist and terrorist groups”.
Saudi Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz has claimed in a tweet that the drone strike was “ordered by the regime in Tehran, and carried out by the Houthis”, but Iran has denied its involvement.
Al-Assaf’s call to action comes just a day after US National Security Advisor John Bolton said that “it is clear” that those attacks on four oil tankers in Fujairah earlier this month were “naval mines almost certainly from Iran”.
Bolton then continued by saying that additional US troops in the Middle East had been sent to “act as a deterrent”.
“The point is to make it very clear to Iran and its surrogates that these kinds of actions risk a very strong response from the United States”.
Reacting to Bolton’s accusations, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi dismissed them as “ridiculous”.
“But, Mr Bolton and other warmongers need to know that the strategic patience, high vigilance and full defence readiness of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which emanates from the strong resolve of its great nation, will not let them fulfill their ominous schemes to create chaos in the region”, Mousavi said.
In a parallel development, US President Donald Trump has confirmed Washington’s intention to beef up the country’s military presence in the Middle East and that the Pentagon will deploy 1,500 more troops in addition to the aircraft carrier strike group, Patriot missiles, B-52 bombers and F-15 fighters already dispatched.
In the wake of his announcement, Iran’s Foreign Minister Javad Zarif described the deployment of US military reinforcements to the Middle East as a “threat” to international peace, per the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).
“The increase of the American presence in our region is very dangerous and constitutes a threat to international peace and security that must be faced”.
As tensions with the US soar, Zarif has signalled Iran’s readiness to clinch a non-aggression pact with its immediate neighbours in the Persian Gulf.
A few days later, the country’s ambassador to France, Bahram Qassemi, told a French parliamentary conference that it was important for all nations in the region to take steps towards a more stable Middle East and blasted some countries for their reluctance to heed “Iran’s call to reduce tensions and take efforts to consolidate peace and stability in the region”.
On 12 May, four oil tankers — two Saudi, two others alleged to belong to Norway and the UAE — were targeted in what Abu Dhabi described as “acts of sabotage” near Fujairah.
Shortly after, several unnamed US officials told AP that “Iranian or Iranian-backed proxies” are believed to be responsible for the incident, but Tehran has denied any involvement and urged for an investigation, cautioning against any “conspiracy orchestrated by ill-wishers”.

By Itzhak Levanon –
The fissures are already visible. Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, two important, influential Persian Gulf counties, announced they will attend the U.S.-led economic conference in Bahrain scheduled for June 25-26.
The Palestinian Authority and Hamas have already said separately that they will boycott the summit.
Egypt and Jordan are still undecided. The rest of the Arab world is licking its wounds. Iran, for its part, is looking on, grinning from ear to ear.
Jordan’s King Abdullah was able to weather the Arab Spring uprising by adopting some of the demands put forth by the masses and changing Jordan’s election system.
His problems didn’t end there, however, and his kingdom is still unstable. At this stage, he’d rather the Mideast peace plan known as “the deal of the century” was put on hold, while the uncertainty surrounding the plan’s details is exacerbating his concerns that his country will have to pay a steep price.
Unlike Jordan, Egypt is projecting an aura of self-confidence. It is ignoring the P.A. in its talks with Hamas over a ceasefire understanding with Israel and has tempered its efforts to mediate inter-Palestinian reconciliation.
Egypt supports the Palestinian demands regarding a final-status agreement with Israel, but is not backing P.A. leader Mahmoud Abbas’s rejectionist approach to U.S. peace deal.
Cairo feels comfortable enough to speak with Washington honestly and is calling on the Palestinians to return to the negotiating table and to learn from Egypt’s experience with Israel.
Abbas has worked tirelessly to create an Arab front to foil the deal, seemingly without success. The White House hasn’t backtracked on its intention to present the plan after the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
Even in Israel, voices have emerged in support of postponing the plan, which likely won’t be received with unanimity across the Arab world either. To be sure, since the establishment of the Arab League in 1954, the Arab world has never been this divided.
The Palestinian rejection of the plan, without knowing what it entails, can be viewed as strategic, but the refusal to attend the Bahrain conference is a tactical misstep. The Palestinians are gambling for the entire pot, and it’s reasonable to predict they will lose.
Jordan needs to plot a new course, and quickly. The king’s vacillation is destabilizing the country, and he needs to take a history lesson from the courage displayed by his father, Hussein.
He must openly improve relations with Israel, reinstate clauses in the peace agreement that allow Israel to lease two small areas comprising 1,000 acres of agricultural land, and stop shunning the Israeli prime minister.
Israel, for its part, will help ensure that the “deal of the century” doesn’t harm Jordanian interests.
Cairo is expected to adopt the role of mediator, and its overt cooperation with Israel will give Egypt prestige and improve its position.
The ball is therefore in the Palestinians’ court. If they remain intransigent, it will reinforce the sense that their rejectionism is chronic, and that they aren’t truly interested in a final-status agreement.
It’s quite possible they prefer their current situation to resolving their problems. It has already been observed that the only type of logic in the Middle East is illogic.

Oklahoma residents are warned to prepare for ‘worst-case scenario’ as Midwest braces for flooding
  • The flooded Arkansas River is expected to crest at a record high of 42.5 feet in Van Burden on Wednesday
  • Arkansas River topped two levees Tuesday and has flooded hundreds of homes in Arkansas and Oklahoma
  • Mississippi River is projected to crest at 44 feet in St Louis this week– the second-highest level in history
  • Heavy downpours are forecast through Wednesday night in both states, with 1 to 3 inches expected
  • By June, rivers are expected to crest to highest levels on record all the way down to Little Rock, Arkansas
  • Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum warned residents to be ready to evacuate in an event of a ‘worst-case scenario’
  • President Donald Trump tweeted his support to Arkansas’ governor in light of the record floods on Tuesday
  • Five to seven inches of rain is forecast to fall in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri on Wednesday
Communities along the swollen Arkansas River in Oklahoma and Arkansas are preparing for further flooding, with the mayor of Tulsa urging thousands of residents behind the city’s aging levees to be ready to evacuate in the event of a ‘worst-case scenario’.
‘This is a flood of historic magnitude,’ said Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, joined by state emergency officials and officials from the Federal Emergency Management Agency on Wednesday.
Hutchinson said that he directed $250,000 in state funds toward the flood response. The Republican says he has also requested federal assistance from the Trump administration.
Flooding has already closed 12 state highways, the governor said, and 400 households have agreed to voluntary evacuations.
In Oklahoma, Muskogee County Emergency Management spokeswoman Trish German says flooding from intense thunderstorms and the nearby river has forced the evacuations of more than 2,400 people. German says almost 1,100 homes have been flooded.
She said about 2 inches of rain has fallen on the area since Tuesday night. Forecasters say the same amount is possible Wednesday.
In Tulsa, Oklahoma’s second largest city, Mayor G.T. Bynum warned that the city’s 70-year-old levees were being tested ‘in a way that they have never been before’.
‘Please prepare for the worst-case scenario that we’ve had in the history of the city,’ he said on Tuesday. So far, he added, the 20-mile levee system, which protects some 10,000 people, was working as designed.
More than a week of stormy weather, including violent downpours and deadly tornadoes, has devastated the central United States.
It has caused record-breaking floods in parts of the two states, which have turned highways into lakes and submerged all but the roofs of some homes.
And according to the National Weather Service (NWS), more rain is forecast and the flooding is expected to spread.
‘The rain has been coming fast and furiously and it all has to drain through the rivers,’ Patrick Burke, a meteorologist at the NWS Weather Prediction Center, said in an interview on Wednesday.
More heavy downpours were forecast through Wednesday night over much of the two states, with between 1 and 3 inches expected, he said.
The Arkansas River is projected to crest on Wednesday at 42.5 feet in Van Buren, breaking the 1945 record of 38.42 feet.
‘Based on impact statements from previous floods and the newest forecast crests, this will be the worst flooding in recorded history along the Arkansas River from Toad Suck and points northwest,’ the NWS tweeted Sunday.
They predicted levees would be flooded and there would be ‘significant impacts to life and property across a very large area’.
The US Army Corps of Engineers has raised the release of water from the Keystone Dam, in northeastern Oklahoma on the Arkansas and Cimarron rivers about 23 miles from Tulsa, into the river system to 275,000 cubic feet per second to stop the dam from overflowing.
Corps hydrologist David Williams said Wednesday that the level of Keystone Lake peaked on Tuesday ‘and is now dropping’.
The reservoir is about 23 miles northeast of Tulsa. Williams said flows from a hydroelectric dam at the reservoir will be reduced by Saturday from 275,000 cubic feet per second to 150,000 cubic feet per second.
US Sen Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma says the additional flow in the Arkansas River has strained a levee system built in the 1940s that protects residential areas.
Inhofe is also the former mayor of Tulsa. He says ‘there have been problems’ but that the levees are ‘still performing’.
Col Bob Dixon of the US Army Corps of Engineers said the levee system is ‘performing admirably’ as the river approaches its expected crest near Fort Smith, the state’s second-largest city. The crest is expected to occur sometime on Wednesday.
Still, the river is nearly twice the level it was 10 days ago, and widespread flooding persists.
‘Just because the river has crested doesn’t mean we’re out of danger,’ Dixon said.

A shark die-off in San Francisco Bay is being blamed on a parasite in the water.
Bay currents are pushing the carcasses ashore at Crown Beach.
So far this year, about 100 leopard sharks have washed up onto beaches around the area, not just in Alameda.
Many more will have died out at sea.
The deaths are blamed on a protozoan parasite that gets into the shark’s brain, James C. Frank, Supervising Naturalist for the East Bay Regional Park District told KTVU.
This die-off has been happening annually.
In 2017, thousands of sharks were killed by the parasite. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is trying to get to the bottom of the problem. More West-Coast misery as more than 2,000 leopard sharks have mysteriously died in the San Francisco Bay area along with other species recently

A fifth grey whale has been found dead on British Columbia’s coast in what one research biologist says could be a trend towards of record-setting deaths. John Calambokidis of the Cascadia Research Collective based in Olympia, Wash., said Tuesday that 23 grey whales have been found dead this year in his state, and the dead greys are all found along the same migratory route.
Those deaths bring the total number of carcasses found along the migration route from California to Alaska up to 70, according to figures from the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, or NOAA.
Hundreds of Common Murres, an ocean-going bird native to the Pacific Coast from the Channel Islands to the tip of the Aleutians in Alaska, have been reported washed up dead or dying on beaches along a 10-mile stretch of coastline in Mendocino County between Noyo Bay and Seaside Beach.  Sarah Grimes – Contributed Hundreds of dead and dying Common Murres, including those pictured here at MacKerricher State Park May 23, are washing up on Mendocino County beaches with many more dying out at sea.
The Common Murre looks a little like a penguin but is more closely related to terns or gulls.
It spends most of its time in the water. Murres can and do fly, but like penguins, they manoeuvre best in the water. Little seabirds washing up dead along the shores of Alaska by the hundreds of thousands now dying as far south as San Francisco
GALVESTON—The number of sea turtle strandings along the Texas coastline reached the highest number ever recorded in one month during April and May, the height of sea turtle nesting season.
A total of 159 stranded sea turtles were recorded in April—the highest number of strandings in one month since monitoring began in 1980.
Strandings are continuing at a rapid pace, and the latest data shows 186 turtles stranded in Texas through May 21.
Most of the turtles were dead when found.
Among those found were 68 dead Kemp’s ridley sea turtles, the Texas state sea turtle and the world’s most endangered sea turtle with a nesting population of between 7,000 and 9,000 female turtles.
The death of even one of Kemp’s ridley sea turtle is of grave concern.
Scientists baffled as dead whales continue to wash ashore in parts of Alaska.

A second gray whale was found dead Sunday, making it the third whale found in just a few weeks. Dozens of gray whales washing up dead in recent weeks is another indication the US west coast is dying after millions of species died since 2011
SAN FRANCISCO — At least 53 dead or dying gray whales have washed up on West Coast beaches this spring, a death rate that’s only been seen once before.
The great mammals are starving to death and scientists have theories as to why but so far no full explanation.
The number of deaths is likely much higher because it’s estimated that only 10% of dead whales actually end up on shore, said John Calambokidis, a research biologist with the non-profit Cascadia Research in Olympia, Washington, who studies whale populations on the West Coast.
That could mean as many as 530 whales have died, a large number for a population that is estimated to be just over 20,000 and that only began to rebound in recent decades after being hunted almost to extinction in the late 1800s. FULL STORY

Globalists Only Need One More Major Event To Finish Sabotaging The Economy
Brandon Smith for Alt-Market
As I predicted in my article ‘Trump Trade Wars A Perfect Smokescreen For A Market Crash’, published in March of 2018, as well as in my article ‘The Trade War Distraction: Huawei And Linchpin Theory’, published in December of 2018, the US/China trade dispute has escalated into an all out war with no end in sight. The claims of many analysts and skeptics a year ago that the trade war would be over quickly and that China would fold to US tariffs has been proven incorrect. The reason why these analysts got it so wrong centers primarily on their misunderstanding of the true purpose behind the events.
The goal of this war is NOT to balance the US trade deficit or pursue more fair circumstances for US exports and imports. The intention of the Trump Administration is NOT to fight back against Chinese “exploitation” of US markets, this kind of rhetoric is pure theater.  Nor is it Trump’s intention to undermine globalist structures or agreements in order to bring back American manufacturing (a carrot that has been flaunted in front of American faces for a long time to lure them into supporting destructive policies such as dollar devaluation). On the contrary, the real purpose of Trump’s trade war is to provide a distraction massive enough to cover for the controlled demolition of the US economy and parts of the global economy by globalists and the central banks they control.
The tariff soap opera and most of Trump’s other foreign and domestic policies are eerily similar to those of Herbert Hoover just before the advent of the Great Depression. This is not a coincidence. The narrative for an economic collapse rivaling that of the Great Depression has been set, and the root circumstances are very similar.
Since the crash of 2008, the US has been suffering a slow grinding decline in fundamentals (the collapse of an empire often takes time). The response of central banks was to slow the crash using stimulus measures and near zero interest rates, but this strategy was not meant to reverse US economic decline. The purpose of QE was meant to inflate an even larger bubble than before, one that would encompass every aspect of the economy including the dollar; a bubble that when popped would devastate the US specifically and create panic around the world.
US M2 money supply growth has been decelerating and is hovering near 10 year lows, while stimulus measures have evaporated in most countries except China. Global dollar liquidity has been dwindling as the Federal Reserve continues to cut its balance sheet unabated.
This would explain why US equities are struggling to stay afloat despite the fact that corporate buybacks of stocks have increased to historic highs in 2019. Central banks, most importantly the Fed, are no longer propping up the system; the life support has been pulled and the parts of the economy that have been dependent are taking their last breaths.
The trade war situation as it is now is not enough of a distraction in my view, however. At least one more major event with global ramifications (or perceived global ramifications) is needed by the elites before they can implode the ‘Everything Bubble’ without taking the blame for the consequences.
There are several powderkegs that exist today that would serve the purpose of occupying the minds of the masses while the globalists finalize the crash. As noted, I continue to predict the trade war as it stands will accelerate unabated until the plunge in fundamentals and equities is complete. We haven’t seen anything yet as far as trade war chaos.
The US/China conflict has the potential to become an economic world war, with multiple countries beginning to take sides. Japan and the UK have opted to support US interests, which is not surprising since China and Japan have hated each other for generations and the US is the UK’s strongest economic partner in the wake of the Brexit. Already some people are declaring this to mean that the US will gain the majority of global support and crush China.
But keep in mind, as I outlined and evidenced in my recent article ‘America Will Lose The Trade War Because That Is What Globalists Want To Happen’, the trade war itself is a farce on both sides of the Pacific, as both China and the US are controlled by the same financial power centers (such as the Bank for International Settlements).
The fact that some people are jumping on the patriot bandwagon to cheer for expanded confrontation with China as if a globalist engineered war is a war we can “win” is disturbing and sad to witness.
My suspicion is that there is a concerted disinformation campaign in play on the internet to drum up the false impression of consensus support for the trade war while the activities of the real villains (the international banks) are ignored.
As this Kabuki theater moves forward, I think many analysts will find themselves shocked as more and more nations start taking China’s side in the conflict.
The most powerful option China has at its disposal is the dumping of US Treasuries and the dollar as the world reserve mechanism, but it is likely to use this tactic only when the US economy is at its most unstable. China is the number one exporter/importer in the world and the US consumer is ready to tap out as retail numbers stumble and household debt skyrockets. The US market is only 18% of Chinese exports, a sizable piece of the pie, but hardly a devastating blow to the Chinese economy should it be denied to them.
The bottom line is that China will ultimately dictate global trade terms as they possess the largest manufacturing base, they decide what currency they will accept, and whose debt they will prop up.  China has also established very close economic ties with key nations over the past decade, including Russia, Germany, India, Australia, and even Saudi Arabia. Do not be surprised if most if not all of these nations eventually support China in the trade war, dropping the dollar as the reserve currency and following China’s lead.
China has yet to fully retaliate against the latest increase in US tariffs. When it does, the attack will be far larger than cutting off purchases of US agricultural goods. The next escalation could be the trigger than sends the crash into overdrive.
War with Iran at this time makes no sense whatsoever unless you look at it from a globalist perspective. The globalists are the only group that stands to gain from such catastrophe, as war with Iran would seal the fate of the US economy. The most immediate threat would be the potential shutdown of the Straight of Hormuz by Iran, which would take nothing more than sinking a few large cargo vessels along the narrow and more shallow portions of the straight, placing mine fields, or staging anti-ship missiles within striking range. The subsequent explosion in oil prices would be devastating to the global economy and the US economy would struggle under high energy prices even with expanded domestic oil drilling.
In the longer term complete destabilization of the Middle East would result, well beyond what we have already seen, and the costs to taxpayers as well as the cost in American lives would be high. Beyond this, the distraction would be epic and very effective. This event coupled with the trade war would fulfill the globalist narrative that the Trump Administration and the conservatives that support him are a “menace” to global stability. Any financial crash at that point would undoubtedly be blamed on Trump as well as his supporters.
Currently, the mainstream media is very quiet on the Iran situation despite the sudden shift of US military resources to the region, which leads me to believe that a conflict is being planned in the near term.
The final plot twist the elites need in the EU, I believe, is a no-deal Brexit.  I predict the Brexit will conclude and that the UK will indeed break with the EU. The latest announcement of Theresa May’s resignation seems to indicate that this will be the case, and that a no-deal scenario is the most probable scenario. The EU has publicly stated that there will be NO renegotiations of the Brexit deal after May leaves.  Sovereignty activists will cheer the Brexit outcome, and then things will start to go horribly wrong. European markets will tank and certain major banks (Deutsche Bank and Italian majors?) will announce insolvency. The panic felt in 2008 will return and hit the EU and the UK hard, and the Brexit movement will get the blame while central banks escape any culpability.
Only one of these events is needed to initiate the next stage of economic collapse, but it is possible we will see all three occur in due course. While the current crash started at the end of 2018, the year of 2019 will probably be the one that is most remembered in history books as the beginning of Great Depression 2.0.

Pope Francis Calls for Global Governance to Fight Climate Change
Pope Francis recently called for global governance to fight climate change, asserting, “The nation state cannot be considered as an absolute.”
During an address to the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences, the Pope condemned “growing nationalism that neglects the common good” and called for more globalism.
“The nation state cannot be considered as an absolute, as an island with respect to the surrounding context,” he said, adding, “The nation state is no longer able to procure the common good of its populations alone.”
Pope Francis said that a “special authority legally and concordantly constituted” was necessary to facilitate the implementation of new climate change policies.
He went on to demand that power be transferred from nation states to “intergovernmental institutions that manage their common interests.”
“This universal common good, in turn, must acquire a more pronounced juridical value at international level,” concluded Francis.
The Pope has made innumerable statements bashing nationalism and populism, particularly in the context of his advocacy of bringing millions of migrants into Europe.
Under his guidance, the Catholic Church has also fully embraced the global warming mantra despite deep skepticism amongst Christians.

“This Is Not Normal”: US Suffers More Than 500 Tornadoes In The Last 30 Days
The mainstream media has been using the term “uncharted territory” to describe the unusual tornado outbreaks that have been happening in the middle of the country, but I don’t think that truly captures the historic nature of what we are witnessing.
Over the last 30 days, there have been more than 500 tornadoes in the United States.  That is not normal.  In fact, Tuesday was the 12th day in a row when at least eight tornadoes were spawned, and that is a new all-time record.
Community after community in the Midwest now looks like a “war zone”, and billions upon billions of dollars of damage has already been done.  But this crisis is far from over, because forecasters are telling us that more powerful storms will roar through the middle of the country on Wednesday.
Since 1998, there has been an average of 279 tornadoes during the month of May.  So the fact that we have had more than 500 over the last 30 days means that we are running way, way above normal
In the last week alone, the authorities have linked tornadoes to at least seven deaths and scores of injuries. Federal government weather forecasters logged preliminary reports of more than 500 tornadoes in a 30-day period — a rare figure, if the reports are ultimately verified — after the start of the year proved mercifully quiet.
The barrage continued Tuesday night, as towns and cities across the Midwest took shelter from powerful storms. Tornadoes carved a line of devastation from eastern Kansas through Missouri, ripping trees and power lines in Lawrence, Kan., southwest of Kansas City, and pulverizing houses in nearby Linwood.
According to the National Weather Service, there were more than 50 tornadoesover Memorial Day weekend alone, and at this point there have been at least 8 tornadoes in the U.S. for 12 consecutive days
Tuesday was the 12th consecutive day with at least eight tornado reports, breaking the record, according to Dr. Marsh. The storms have drawn their fuel from two sources: a high-pressure area that pulled the Gulf of Mexico’s warm, moist air into the central United States, where it combined with the effects of a trough trapped over the Rockies, which included strong winds.
The devastation that has been left behind by these storms has been immense.  When Dayton assistant fire chief Nicholas Hosford appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America”, he told viewers that in his city there are “homes flattened, entire apartment complexes destroyed, businesses throughout our community where walls have collapsed”.
Countless numbers of Americans have had their lives completely turned upside down, and of course the Midwest has already been reeling from unprecedented flooding in recent months.
So far this year, much of the focus has been on the historic flooding along the Mississippi and Missouri rivers, but now severe flooding along the Arkansas River is threatening to break all-time records
So far this year, much of the focus has been on the historic flooding along the Mississippi and Missouri rivers, but now severe flooding along the Arkansas River is threatening to break all-time records
Heavy rainfall over the past few weeks is threatening all-time May records and swelling rivers to record levels in parts of Arkansas and Oklahoma.
The National Weather Service in Little Rock, Arkansas, didn’t mince words Sunday, expecting historic, record flooding along the Arkansas River from Toad Suck Reservoir northwest of Little Rock to the Oklahoma border that could have impacts lasting well into the summer.
In fact, USA Today is plainly stating that both states are “bracing for their worst-ever flooding”…
Oklahoma and Arkansas were bracing for their worst-ever flooding as a new wave of storms forecast to roll through the region threatened to further bloat the Arkansas River that already has reached record crests in some areas.
Forecasters reported tornadoes, high winds, hail and heavy rain across the region on Monday, triggering evacuations and high-water rescues. The storms are the latest to rip through the Midwest over the past two weeks, leaving at least nine dead and a trail of damage from high winds and flooding.
None of this is “normal”, and prior to the month of May we had already witnessed the wettest 12 months in all of U.S. history.
All of this wet weather has been absolutely disastrous for Midwest farmers, and so far in 2019 agricultural production is way, way below expectations.  In the months ahead, we should all be prepared for much higher prices at the grocery store.
Unfortunately, more wet weather is on the way.  According to the Weather Channel, another series of very powerful storms will rip through the middle of the country on Wednesday…
Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night from Iowa to Oklahoma, which may produce areas of locally heavy rain and flash flooding. Some clusters of storms may persist into Wednesday morning in the Ozarks.
Then, another rash of thunderstorms with heavy rain is expected Wednesday and Wednesday night from North Texas into Oklahoma, Arkansas and southern Missouri that could only trigger more flash flooding and aggravate ongoing river flooding.
Weather patterns are going absolutely crazy, and we have never seen a year quite like this in modern American history.
So what is going to happen if weather patterns get even crazier and natural disasters just continue to become even more frequent and even more powerful?

Pre-Crime Is Here: Law Enforcement’s New TAPS System ‘Predicts’ If You Pose A Future Threat
TAPS Act, first introduced in January, would take law enforcement screenings to a whole new level. It would create a national threat assessment of children and adults.
In the course of six months the Threat Assessment, Prevention and Safety (TAPS) Act (H.R. 838) has seen support of the bill grow to nearly 80 Congress members.
The TAPS Act would encourage law enforcement to give everyone a personal threat assessment (kids and adults) and single out those that they deem as future threats. (Click here to see how our homes a given threat assessments.)
“By bringing threat assessment experts together, and utilizing evidence-based behavioral threat assessment and management processes, we can bolster public safety by implementing strategies to identify and stop dangerous individuals before they can commit an act of violence. We have the expertise to combat the targeted violence plaguing our schools, places of worship, and public spaces, but we have yet to fully implement it to prevent attacks.”
The TAPS Act has all the earmarks of a paranoid police state that considers everyone a potential threat.
The TAPS Act will create a “Joint Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Task Force to identify individuals that exhibit patterns of dangerous behavior that MAY precede an act of targeted violence.”
According to Senators Marco Rubio, Kyrsten Sinemea and Thom Tillis, the TAPS Act will create a national behavioral threat assessment and management process for everyone.
Requires the Task Force’s recommendations for the development of the National Strategy to:
  • Ensure consideration of the different needs and resources of communities across the country, and will not be construed as a national standard.
  • Include recommendations for the most effective leveraging of existing Federal, State, local, and Tribal infrastructure, workforce, and experience.
  • Include recommendations to increase collaboration between government agencies and private entities that focus on public safety responsibilities.
  • Include recommendations on training programs to disseminate to State and Local entities.
  • Include recommendations for a Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management School Violence Prevention Program to train and support a multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional behavioral threat assessment and management process for educational entities.
Bills like this means, America has joined paranoid government’s like China and Switzerland who consider kids to be potential threats.
“Last Wednesday the Swiss government proposed new laws aimed at preventing extremist violence and forcing people including children deemed a threat to be registered with authorities, with house arrest a last resort in some cases.”

Earlier today, I was greeted by this jarring headline when I visited the Drudge Report: “BONDS FLASH RECESSION WARNING”.  These days, it seems like the “R word” is being thrown around constantly, but at this time last year everyone was celebrating how well the economy was doing.  Unfortunately, we have witnessed a dramatic shift in recent months, and we just got some more really bad economic numbers.  Thanks to those bad numbers and an increasing amount of anxiety about the trade war, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell another 237 points on Monday.  That means that we are on pace to potentially see the Dow fall for a sixth week in a row, and that is something that hasn’t happened since the last recession.
