Bible Prophecy Is Unfolding Right Before Our Very Eyes…2019

Published on Jul 11, 2019
Matthew 24:3-14 3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all[a] these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences,[b] and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. 10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

1Th. 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape
Luke 11:29 And when the people were gathered thick together, he began to say, This is an evil generation: they seek a sign; and there shall no sign be given it, but the sign of Jonas the prophet
John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6)
1Cor. 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: AND THAT NO MAN CAN SAY THAT JESUS IS THE LORD, BUT BY THE HOLY GHOST.
THE TRIBULATION OF THE UNJUST (Those who have rejected Jesus Christ as their Saviour) IN THE BOOK OF REVELATION CHAPTER’S 6 to 22:
Rev. 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth:
Luke 12:37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them
so won’t you accept Jesus now and be removed from that event and live forever with Jesus in the Family of God?
2 “(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2nd Corinthians 2:6)

QUESTION:    I know that Jesus is my Savior, and I know that the only way to get saved is to believe in Him and His death on the cross for my sins. I have been wrestling with Satan, who is trying to convince me that I am not saved because I don’t have enough faith in what Christ did, and therefore I have to do more to keep my salvation. I know none of this is true, but how can I convince my heart of this and get Satan out of my head?
ANSWER:    The Lord sent Satan away with Bible verses (Matt. 4:1-11). The same thing works for us. James 4:7 says,
“Submit yourselves then to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”
Close ranks with the Lord. Be in constant communication with Him. Then apply 2 Cor. 10:3-5 to resist the devil whenever you think you’re being attacked. Here’s what it says;
“For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
There are many verses in the Bible you can use as a divine weapon. Here’s a sample. Matt. 7:7-8 and Romans 10:13 say that everyone who asks for salvation receives it. John 6:28-29 says all God requires of you is to believe in the one He sent. Ephesians 2:8-9 says your salvation was a gift from God, not by works. Titus 3:4-7 says you weren’t saved because of righteous things you did but because of God’s mercy. Ephesians 1:13-14 says your inheritance was guaranteed from the moment you first believed. 2 Cor. 1:21-22 says the Lord has set His seal of ownership on you and put His Spirit in your heart . John 10:27-30 says if you belong to Jesus, no one can take you out of His hands.
Learn these verses well enough so you can use them to defeat any argument contradicts them, just like Jesus did. This is how you resist the devil and make him flee from you.

QUESTION:    Dear Pastor, please let me know the answer of the following questions:
Can the devil understand our thoughts?
Can the devil and his companions appear in different places at a time like Holy Spirit or God?
Can the devil understand the plans of God and His plans for His children?
ANSWER:    It’s my understanding that the devil can only be in one place at a time.
He cannot read our thoughts, but he can plant thoughts in our mind. To defend against this we have been given divine weapons to take those thoughts captive and make them obedient to Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:3-5)
Any information he has about God’s plan comes from the Bible and from observing us over the past 5,000 years.

QUESTION:    It is my understanding that the bad weather (earthquakes, tornadoes, etc.) that we have now are demonic and not ‘acts of God’. I have found many scriptures that I feel back this indirectly but none that say directly that the weather we are having is from the evil in the world. Can you help me?
ANSWER:    I don’t believe that storms are demonic activity rather than acts of God. I believe that the very first storm on Planet Earth produced the Great Flood, a judgment from God that came as the result of demonic activity. The Principle of First Mention would lead us to conclude that devastating storms are a form of judgment for sin, so I guess you can say that there’s at least an indirect relationship there. In effect, God told Noah that these storms would continue to come but they would never again be as bad as the first one had been. The rainbow is a sign that reminds us of His promise. (Genesis 9:12-16)
An impressive study has been made comparing the occurrence of killer storms with efforts by the West in general and the US in particular to force Israel to give up a portion of its land. If accurate, this would support the judgement theory.
And finally, Jesus said that the increase of both frequency and intensity of earthquakes would be a sign that the End is drawing near. (Matt. 24:7-8)

Muslim Countries in the Middle East will launch an attack on Israel
PROPHECY OF ELAM – (Possible Attack on Iran’s Nuclear Program

Netanyahu responds to Iran’s threats: Israel’s F-35 jets can reach you
Tehran should remember that Israel’s air force can strike anywhere in the Middle East, including Iran and Syria, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday after visiting a F-35 squadron at the Nevatim Air Force base.
“Iran has threatened recently to destroy Israel,” Netanyahu said in a video clip he posted, standing in front of an F-35 “Adir” plane. “It is worthwhile for them to remember that these plans can reach everywhere in the Middle East, including Iran and Syria.
Last week a senior Iranian parliamentarian, Mojtaba Zolnour, who is chairman of the Iranian parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said that “if the US attack us, only half an hour will remain of Israel’s lifespan.”
Netanyahu held a meeting at the base with Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Aviv Kochavi, Air Force Commander Maj.Gen.  Amikam Norkin and the Air Force Commanders’ Forum..
The Israeli Air Force currently has 14 F-35i Adir aircraft and is expected to receive a total of 50 planes to make two full squadrons by 2024.
The Israeli F-35i Adirs have taken part in several operations in the region over the past two years, making the Jewish State the first country to use the stealth fighter in a combat role in the region.
In late April the IAF opened a second squadron of F-35i stealth fighter jets called “Defenders of the Negev” with the first planes expected to arrive at the beginning of next year.
The stealth jets have an extremely low radar signature allowing the jet to operate undetected deep inside enemy territory as well as evade advanced missile defense systems like the S-300 and S-400 missile defense systems which have been deployed in countries such as Syria.
With close air-support capabilities and a massive array of sensors, pilots of the stealth jet have unparalleled access to information while in the air.
Iran and Israel’s comments come against the backdrop of increased tension between Iran and the US, and as the Islamic Republic is openly declaring that it is violating the 2015 nuclear agreement.
Netanyahu has repeatedly vowed that he will never allow Iran to develop the capability to make a nuclear bomb and that Israel will not allow Iran to entrench itself in Syria which would allow it to attack the Jewish State.
Hundreds of airstrikes on IRGC and Hezbollah targets in war-torn Syria have been blamed on Israel.

Iran’s New Global Terrorist Network
As Iran intensifies its efforts to establish a global terror network, new evidence has emerged that highlights the regime’s attempts to establish a terrorist infrastructure in Africa.
Western security officials claim the Iranian initiative in Africa has been launched in response to the Trump administration’s decision to withdraw from the controversial nuclear deal signed between Tehran and the world’s leading powers in 2015.
The objective of the African-based terror network, Western security officials say, is to establish a group of so-called “sleeper cells” that can be activated to attack Western targets if tensions between Iran and the West result in a serious escalation in hostilities. US, British, French and other Western bases in the region are the most likely targets for future terrorist attacks, and a number of Western governments are understood to have responded by ordering their military and diplomatic missions in the region to upgrade security arrangements.
The discovery of the African network follows recent revelations of Iran’s attempts to expand its terror network in Europe, as well as other parts of the globe including Latin America and the Middle East.
Intelligence officials say the new terror network has been established on the orders of Qassem Suleimani, the head of the Quds Force, the elite section of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that has responsibility for overseas operations.
The Iranian cells are said to be active in a number of African countries including Sudan, Chad, Ghana, Niger, Gambia and the Central African Republic.
As one senior Western security source recently told me, “Iran is setting up a new terrorist infrastructure in Africa with the aim of attacking Western targets. It is all part of Tehran’s attempts to expand its terrorist operations across the globe.”
Intelligence officials say Iran has been working on the new terror network for the past three years since signing the nuclear deal on freezing its uranium enrichment activities with the US and other major world powers in 2015.

40% Of Brits Brace For ‘No Deal’ Brexit By Stockpiling Food, Medicine & Clothes
On July 31, we’ll hit the 90-day mark until “Brexit Day 2.0”, and with both Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt promising to leave with or without a deal, the British pound is hitting fresh 2019 lows as it becomes increasingly clear that whoever wins the Tory leadership contest will opt for a ‘no deal’ exit later this year, unless the EU caves.
And just like that, the same old ‘Project Fear’-type stories that were impossible to ignore during the second half of 2018 and the opening months of 2019 have returned to the headlines. This time, it’s Business Insider writing about how Britons are stockpiling food, medicine and clothes to prepare for a ‘no deal’ Brexit.
But it never hurts to remind them again how they should be ‘preparing’ for the day that voters demanded more than three years ago.
To wit, the ‘intelligence’ company Blis claimed that 40% of Britons have started stockpiling goods in fear that there will be shortages following a no-deal Brexit.
The most commonly stockpiled item is food. 56% of those Brits who are stockpiling are doing so with food items. 44% are building up supplies of household items, and well over a third (37%) are doing so with medicine.
The public is even stockpiling clothing. Over a quarter of Brits (28%) have bought extra clothes and shoes to prepare for shortages and higher prices in aftermath of the UK leaving the EU without a deal on October 31.
Both candidates to replace Theresa May as prime minister, Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt, have promised to take the UK out of the EU this year, with or without a deal, with Johnson insisting that leaving on October 31 is “do or die.”
The revelation that nearly half of British people are stockpiling goods like food and medicine in their own homes comes as British businesses ramp up preparations for a possible no-deal Brexit on October 31.
Business Insider has also reported that there’s a greater risk of seeing runs on consumer staples later this year. While many Britons did stockpile some supplies ahead of the original Brexit Day date in March, the scene could potentially be worse this time around. This time, there’s a greater risk that supermarket shelves might go empty, because excess storage space is filled with goods for the holidays.
One of BI’s sources said ‘no deal’ would be “disastrous” for the food and beverage industry. Products with limited shelf lives would be particularly scarce.
“Within weeks it is likely that shoppers would notice significant and adverse changes to the products available and random, selective shortages. Limited shelf life products would face the most immediate risk.”
The timing of Britain’s exit is also problematic.
“Food and drink manufacturers face difficulty in securing frozen and chilled warehousing space or logistics capacity for stockpiling, as this is peak Christmas production and the space required is already booked,” they said.
“Manufacturers will therefore have no spare production capacity or ability to store ingredients and finished products.”
“UK food imports will climb from autumn onward as fresh food stocks decline, so any no-deal disruption will have a major impact on availability.”
A majority of respondents to the story also said they feared they’d have less disposable income as a result of Brexit. But we’ve heard that one before, too.

THREE KEY QUESTIONS: – Daniel Greenfield
Peace Doesn’t Exist – Nor Do the Palestinians
Salah Abu Miala, a Hebron businessman, traveled to Bahrain to attend the Bahrain peace conference. When he returned home, he was arrested by the Palestinian Authority.
A security official for the Islamic terror group admitted that there was no actual charge.
“It was a warning,” he said. “He must understand the implications of this sort of collaboration.”
Collaboration with the United States. The country that set up the PA and lavished billions in aid on it.
Another businessman managed to evade the crackdown on peace conference attendees.
The Palestinian Authority had not only boycotted the peace conference, but it arrested participants in the peace conference, and warned that participating in the peace conference was collaboration.
Collaboration, under Palestinian Authority law, can be punishable by death.
The message is that the Palestinian Authority really doesn’t want peace. It has sabotaged peace conferences under Clinton, Bush, Obama, and now Trump. Every approach running the same narrow gamut from pressuring Israel to bribing the Palestinian Authority has been tried. They all end the same.
The pattern here is so obvious that it would take a diplomat or a politician to miss it. That’s why we’ve been mired in it for so long. And the billions of dollars wasted and thousands of lives lost could have been saved if only our leaders had questioned their premises by asking three simple questions.
  1. What if the Palestinians don’t want peace?
  2. What if there are no Palestinians?
  3. What if there’s no such thing as peace?
The three assumptions, that the Palestinians exist, that they want peace, and that enduring peace is an attainable condition in the region, are at the root of the senselessly Sisyphean peace process.
The peace process was launched under the assumption that the PLO really wanted peace. Or at least a deal. Surely, our best and brightest agreed, they couldn’t possibly want an endless war.
And so, the truth was dismissed out of hand. It was too horrible to believe.
Decades of failed negotiations, rafts of Israel concessions, personal involvement by five presidential administrations, billions of dollars, with nothing to show for it, and the truth is still dismissed.
Instead, the official story is that Israel doesn’t want peace. The media echo chamber resounds with a narrative in which Israel has moved sharply to the right and is run by ultra-orthodox religious fanatics.
And Netanyahu, who is hardly anyone’s idea of an ultra-religious fanatic.
But it’s easier to claim that Israel doesn’t want peace than that the Palestinian Authority doesn’t. If Israel doesn’t want peace, that just goes to show that it’s a bad actor and must forced for its own good. If the Palestinian Authority doesn’t want peace, then the whole political premise of the process dies.
Israeli misbehavior can always be met with economic and political pressure. If the PA doesn’t want peace on any terms, that means it was never really a government, just a front for a terror group.
And that terror group became vastly more powerful and dangerous because of the peace process.
Before the peace process, the idea that the PLO might not want peace seemed implausible. In the post-peace process, the idea is an explosive scandal whose culpability extends through the political establishments of dozens of countries, including America and Israel. And so, it can’t be talked about.
Why did so many experts come to believe, against all evidence, that the PLO wanted peace? The error came about because the establishment had accepted the PLO’s propaganda that it was leading a national struggle to set up a state on behalf of a population of displaced and oppressed people.
The truth was that Palestine, as an Arab cultural minority as opposed to a defunct Roman colony, was as much of a mythical invention as the Islamic State with its Caliph. Like ISIS, Hezbollah and countless Islamic terror groups around the region, the terror group tapped into grievances among a local minority, invented an identity for them, and, backed by foreign donors, launched a campaign to “liberate” them.
There are dozens of similar enterprises going on in the region at any given time. They don’t enjoy the same level of support and recognition as the PLO does. None of them can actually run a state. Or want to. But neither does anyone else in the region. That’s why it’s always on the verge of exploding.
That brings us to the third assumption.
Generations of western diplomats keep stumbling into disasters because they believe that peace is inevitable. Therefore, the other side is bound to want it, because it wants the same things they do.
They never ask the terrible question, what if the other side wants something else?
Our foreign policy keeps falling apart because we never ask that question. We take the other side’s claims at face value and view them through the flawed lens of our own wants and needs. We want peace; therefore, they must want it too. We want the killing to stop, how could they not?
No matter how many times peace fails, the fundamental assumptions are never questioned.
There’s no solution here. There never was. The region is never at peace for longer than a week. When peace can’t even hold between Sunnis and Shiites, how was it supposed to hold between either Muslim group and the Jews? The Arab Spring reminded us that every state in the region is just one crackup away from splitting apart into a civil war. What made anyone think that a terror group could create a state?
Or that it even wanted to.
We can solve the problem that five administrations have struggled with if we reevaluate our flawed assumptions about the world, the Palestinian Authority and the fictional people it represents.
All we have to do is ask the right three questions.

Facebook Sanctions Violent Threats Against ‘Dangerous Individuals’
It’s okay to threaten people with violence and death on Facebook, so long as your target is a “dangerous individual” such as Paul Joseph Watson or Laura Loomer, according to the social network’s increasingly Orwellian set of rules.
The tech giant’s recently-updated policy on “violence and incitement” states that death threats and incitement to violence are banned across the platform, unless your threat is aimed someone the social network has labeled an acceptable target.
Here’s Facebook’s rule in full (emphasis ours):
Do not post:
Threats that could lead to death (and other forms of high-severity violence) of any target(s), where threat is defined as any of the following:
  • Statements of intent to commit high-severity violence
  • Calls for high-severity violence (unless the target is an organisation or individual covered in the Dangerous Individuals and Organisations Policy)
  • Including content where no target is specified but a symbol represents the target and/or includes a visual of an armament to represent violence
  • Statements advocating for high-severity violence (unless the target is an organisation or individual covered in the Dangerous Individuals and Organisations Policy)
  • Aspirational or conditional statements to commit high-severity violence (unless the target is an organisation or individual covered in the Dangerous Individuals and Organisations Policy)
Who counts as a “dangerous individual,” according to Facebook? The list includes InfoWars host Alex Jones, populist pundit Paul Joseph Watson, conservative activist Laura Loomer, Louis Farrakhan, and Milo Yiannopoulos.
Facebook also maintains a list of high-profile political figures who it monitors for potential designation as “hate agents.” The list includes black conservative star Candace Owensauthor and think tank founder Brigitte Gabriel, and British politicians Carl Benjamin and Anne-Marie Waters. They have not been designated as “dangerous individuals” yet — but everyone has been designated as such was once on the “hate agents” review list.
Threats of violence and death are illegal in most western countries, including the countries where the “dangerous individuals” on Facebook’s list are based. By sanctioning violent threats against certain people based on their political viewpoints and public statements, Facebook has crossed a line that even Twitter and Google has yet to cross.

THINGS TO COME: – By Kathleen Marquardt
Marx understood that the state must control the children from infancy in order to instill the values and beliefs that would most benefit a totalitarian state. He also held the mistaken belief that he needed to destroy the churches. That was a mistake. Today, those who are trying to wrest control of the world realize they must control the religions of the world if they are to succeed. To that end, their scheme is to merge all religions together and, using the Hegelian Dialectic, bring them to an all-new world religion. Their journey to this end has taken an enormous amount of work and time, but it seems to be close to paying off.
Those who have been leading us to a world government understand that the beliefs of the people must be erased and replaced in order to exchange the old religions with one that will allow the world leaders to control the worshippers. Bishop William Swing, founder of the United Religions Initiative (URI), decided that, “Since the purpose of religion is the service and worship of God, all religions and spiritual movements need to have a common language and common purpose – for all to worship a shared god.”[3] (emphasis mine)
“To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men, their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism and religious dogmas.” [5]
Now we have a UN globalist, Brock Chisholm, admitting that all things we still-reasoning patriotic Americans believe in and hold dear are in need of eradication. Individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas are holding back the New World Order. They must go. But before that, stop and think about those four things. If I were to list the things I feel are most important to me as an individual, those would definitely be in the top five. Yet here is a top UN official saying these must be wiped out of our minds and hearts.
Which religious dogmas did former State Senator Hoagland think need to be ‘removed from the minds of men’?
“Fundamental Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one-world global society and their children will not fit in.”[6]
“There will be no new world order without a new world ethic, a global or planetary ethic despite all dogmatic differences.”[8]
Who is behind the new world ethic, the new world religion besides those noted at the beginning of this article?
Today’s Pope is doing the work to transform Catholicism into part of the new world religion, and Christianity is being vilified, disparaged, and described as the evil force behind everything from school shootings to anti-Muslim attacks, to destroying the minds of our children.
Episcopal Bishop William Swing, the President and Founder of the United Religions Initiative, came up with the original vision of URI in 1993, in response to an invitation from the United Nations, which asked him to host an interfaith service honoring the 50th anniversary of the signing of the UN Charter:
The United Nations telephoned me in 1993 asking if the UN could come back to Grace Cathedral for its 50th Anniversary. Of course!   But…the stated vision was that the UN wanted all of the nations and all of the religions at that big service. An absurd request.  But…some of us spent two years trying to figure out how to get all of the religions shoehorned into that tiny boot. This absurd exercise changed our souls.  When the UN 50th was over, we were intoxicated by a vision.  If there was a United Nations, what about creating a United Religions?[9]
In an interview with the San Francisco Chronicle four years later, Swing decided that there was a need to rewrite the “scriptures and theology of all the world’s religions.”[10]
Maybe we have to take a deeper look at theology. I think that religions are based on assumptions of truth being mediated from the creator to the created. These truths are divinely inspired and sacred for the people who hold them. I think all religions of the world have a blind spot. If there’s a United Religions pursuing a dialog in depth, it begins to ask larger questions and force religions to make larger statements. [11]
How do the globalists plan on achieving a world religion? I have written about the mind-altering program BSTEP here. This is the modern version of John Dewey’s and the Frankfurt School’s work here. All of this is being carried out in our schools in order to wipe out our children’s values, attitudes, and beliefs, and replace those with the morally relative, political correctness of human animals.
Now that we have the what, why, who and how, When will the globalists achieve this world religion?
“The time for glorifying the Almighty (male) God who supposedly rules is now over. Some future generation may well be moved to discard the Christian calendar entirely, and rename the year 2000 AD as 1 GE, the first year of the global era. Soon the Lord’s Supper will only signify human fellowship, and Christmas will be a holiday for the celebration of family.” [13] — Lloyd Geering, Emeritus Professor of Religious Studies at Victoria University, Doctor of Divinity, “Protestant heretic,”
They are very close but, hopefully, have not achieved critical mass. I believe that there are a few signs that freedom-loving people are starting to say NO. Brexit and the Gilets Jaunes are two examples. Even in the US we are seeing some push back against the Deep State. Will it be enough?

The Hal Lindsey Report: Daniel’s Astounding Prophecies
By Hal Lindsey
Critics of the Bible have no reasonable answer for Daniel’s miraculous prophetic accuracy. They try. They have been trying for over two thousand years. But their criticisms don’t hold up.
For instance, Daniel laid out a list of coming world superpowers. He wrote it well in advance of the actual events, and history proves him right. He told about the Medo-Persian empire. He foretold the Greek empire and their leader, Alexander the Great. He even told what would happen to that empire at the time of Alexander’s death.
Critics respond that the Book of Daniel must have been written long after it says it was written. As of July 9, 2019, Wikipedia asserts, “The Book of Daniel is a 2nd-century BC biblical apocalypse.” But it was actually written around 540 BC.
The Wikipedia article is laden with errors. Though not stated, the errors begin with the idea that God cannot (or at least does not) speak to man. That means the critics must find a “natural” explanation. A later dating of the book is their way of saying that the writer of Daniel cheated.
The problem is that Daniel’s astoundingly accurate prophecies did not end in the second century BC. Their fulfilment continues to this day.
Perhaps the most amazing of them all is found in the 9th chapter of Daniel. It is the prophecy of the “70 sevens.” It was given to Daniel by the angel Gabriel.
“Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy place”
(Daniel 9:24).
The scripture just quoted says, “70 weeks” and I said, “70 sevens.” That’s because the Hebrew word used here — “shabuwa” — literally means “seven.” It usually refers to a seven-day week. But not always. For instance, in Ezekiel 45:21 every major Bible translation simply says “seven” — its literal meaning. That’s crucial because, to us, the word “week” means seven days. But the context here clearly shows that these sevens are “weeks of years.”
For anyone who believes the Bible, it is obvious that the purposes of the seventy weeks listed in the scripture above revolve around Israel. The weeks were “decreed for your people and your holy city.” Daniel’s people were Israel. And his holy city was Jerusalem. That means God’s purpose for the 70 sevens revolves around Israel.
The other obvious thing is that these purposes have not yet been realised. Transgression has not been finished, sin has not ended, everlasting righteousness has not been manifested in Israel or the rest of the world.
We know exactly when the clock started. Daniel 9:25 says the weeks of years would begin with, “The issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem.” The Book of Daniel goes on to give details about exact events during the first 483 years. It predicts to the day when the Messiah would present Himself to Jerusalem.
Late dating the Book of Daniel to the 2nd century BC doesn’t explain that one.
Gabriel’s message to Daniel speaks of a pause between the 69th and 70th weeks. We’re still in that pause today. But the 70th week is on the way.
In a few days, I hope to write in more detail about the pause and the 70th week. Instead of Wikipedia, we’ll look at how Jesus interpreted Daniel. And it will take your breath away.

Bill Wilson –
While this is the time of year we all celebrate the liberty of America, please also be a student of what is happening to this liberty. We are in the midst of one of the most alarming dangers to our country and our way of life. My ministry partner of 26 years, William Agbeti is issuing a prophetic warning to America. Agbeti writes: “Based on my extensive exposure to third-world coups d’etat, as well as close study of recent political developments in the US, I believe I can reliably construct a predictive simulation of an imminent COUP d’etat in the US! Unlike bloody coups that engulfed third-world countries in the 1900s and recent times, coups have transformed into bloodless, disruptive tools in changing legally elected governments.”
Agbeti continued: “Unbelievably, this new modus operandi in coup making has become appealing to even an established democracy like the US. Conceptualization of coups is always rooted in the same kind of ideology – notably socialism, communism, one world government, one economic order, one state apparatus, one religion or perceived system of peace and what have you. It’s therefore rare to find strong adherents of capitalism or proponents of true democracy engaging coups to advance their political and or socio-economic beliefs. To wit, anytime you smell a coup anywhere, chances are that some kind of “One World” order ideology is at work. This, indisputably, makes the democrats in the US an offshoot of some kind of socialist government!
“Operatives of, say a socialist government in a third-world setting, behave very much like some of us are clearly seeing amongst the democrats in the US. The similarities are obvious—open rejection of election results, organized grassroots resistance, forged alliances with mainstream news media, complex and multifaceted campaign of lies and mind-control techniques, and this is the most dangerous, use of remnants of the previous government still secretly operating within the new government! It’s worthy of note that socialist governments that suddenly lose power have well-developed massive grassroots support, safeguarded and powered by blind and wide-spread loyalty of the media. These entities become very desperate and, naturally, lend their support to the shadow government in a bid to go back on life support!
“Talking about life-support, what coup planners basically use as baits to lure the teeming masses on board their political wagons are PROMISES, such as free education, family support, universal basic income, fat grants for communities, districts, regions and numerous freebies! These promises are targeted at vulnerable segments of society: students, young adults, struggling families, displaced people, legal and illegal immigrants, unemployed, etc.” The Lord said in Ezekiel 22:30,
“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it.”
In America, we are destroying ourselves by our lack of stewardship to godliness and liberty. Let us not be found lacking to the point of the last sentence in this verse: “But I found none.” Stand, and having done all, Stand.
