Is God Using President Trump To Bring About The End Of Days?…(2019)

Published on Apr 2, 2019

Will President Trump Shock the World by Supporting a Rebuilt Third Temple in Jerusalem? President Trump shocked the global community when he recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, shocked it again when he moved the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and yet a third time when he signed papers officially recognizing the Golan Heights to be under Israeli sovereignty. So the question now is, is he preparing perhaps the greatest shock of them all by supporting a rebuilt Third Temple in Jerusalem?

QUESTION:    I am involved in a discussion on what we (born-again believers) will be like after we are raptured into Heaven. The discussion is getting wild and some are suggesting that “we will be like him” to the point of becoming God in the same manner as Jesus Himself. They are quoting verses in the old and new testaments involving the word “glory.” to indicate that we will be exactly like him.
I don’t believe that we are going to become “God” as our Lord Jesus is, can you help?
ANSWER:    In his letter to the Romans Paul wrote,
The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. (Romans 8:16-17) and
For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
(Romans 8:29-30)
The Apostle John said,
Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. (1 John 3:2)
Paul also wrote,
But someone may ask, “How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?” How foolish! What you sow does not come to life unless it dies. When you sow, you do not plant the body that will be, but just a seed, perhaps of wheat or of something else. (1 Cor. 15:35-37)
There are also heavenly bodies and there are earthly bodies; but the splendor of the heavenly bodies is one kind, and the splendor of the earthly bodies is another. And just as we have borne the likeness of the earthly man, so shall we bear the likeness of the man from heaven. (1 Cor. 15:40, 49)
Put it all together and it says that it’s pointless to speculate on what we’ll be like. Just like the plant doesn’t look anything like the seed, the heavenly being doesn’t look anything like the earthly being.
As far as equality with God is concerned, we’ve been made co-regents with Jesus, we’ll be seated with Him on His throne, and our appearance will resemble his. But at the end of the day, one thing has always been certain. He’s God and we’re not. Here’s how He put it.
Before me no God was formed, nor will there be one after me. (Isaiah 43:10) I am the first and the last, apart from me there is no God. (Isaiah 44:6)
And speaking of Himself, Jesus said,
I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. (Rev. 22:13)

War Rhetoric Rises: Iran Claims To Have The “Father of All Bombs”
Overshadowing the United States’ “mother of all bombs” or the MOAB, Iran is now claiming to have the “father of all bombs.” The inflammatory claim was made by a top commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).
The bomb was developed under a special request of the IRGC, the corps’ Aerospace Force commander, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, said in an interview on Friday, according to RT
“Following a proposal by the Aerospace Force of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), [Iran’s] Defense Industries [Organization] manufactured a 10-ton bomb. These bombs are at our disposal,” PressTV cited the commander as saying.
They can be launched from Ilyushin aircraft and they are highly destructive, he added, without providing any further details on the capabilities of the ordinance.
The Iranian commander compared the “father of all bombs” to the U.S.’s MOAB. The new Iranian name, however, might trigger a bomb naming dispute with Russia, as they have already possessed a non-nuclear ordnance known as the daddy,” for its previously dubbing: the “father of all bombs.”
Russia’s daddy was technically the first FOAB. The Aviation Thermobaric Bomb of Increased Power, known as the “father of all bombs” (FOAB), was successfully tested by Russia in 2007. It was said to have impressive results for a non-nuclear device. The “daddy” will net a 44-ton yield when detonated. The bomb also explodes mid-air, and vaporizes its targets, collapses structures, and leaves a “moon-like scorched landscape”.
“We believe it’s real,” said retired Col. Rick Francona, a military analyst and former US military attache in Syria. “The Russians have been among the pioneers of these thermobaric bombs,” the analyst said according to CNN in 2017.
“I don’t have any doubt that they could build this,” Francona said. “It falls under their [Russia’s] technological capabilities.”
But that won’t stop Iran from claiming they also have a FOAB and further amplifying the already immense war rhetoric.

US planning new Iran sanctions, may target oil waivers—report
A US official said Washington was considering bolstering sanctions against Iran Monday, as Tehran protested that existing financial constraints placed by the US were hampering recovery efforts as the country continued to be hammered by deadly floods.
The official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said the new sanctions could come in May, a year after US President Donald Trump pulled out of the 2015 nuclear deal, putting many of the lifted penalties back in place.
“We just want a continued chilling effect,” the official said, according to Reuters. “We want businesses to continue to think doing business with Iran is a terrible idea at this point.”
The official said the new sanctions could target oil imports, specifically rescinding waivers handed to eight countries allowing them to continue buying oil from Iran.
“That, I think, is where we’re headed,” the official said.
Under the 2015 deal, Iran pledged not to resume atomic weapons work and the UN’s atomic watchdog says Iran continues to comply with the agreement. The US, however, pulled out of the agreement last year, saying it was fatally flawed and allowed Iran to gradually begin advanced atomic work over time. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cheered the decision and has urged other parties to follow suit.
The Trump administration has continued to impose new sanctions as part a pressure campaign to force Iran to renegotiate the agreement. Trump in the past has vowed to kill the Iranian oil industry, one of the country’s only main economic lifelines.
On Monday, Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif accused the United States of impeding aid efforts and of “economic terrorism,” as the country was hit by fresh floods.
US sanctions are “impeding aid efforts by #IranianRedcrescent to all communities devastated by unprecedented floods,” Zarif tweeted, referring to search and rescue operations being conducted after huge rainfalls triggered vast flooding.

Trump’s Golan Move is Harbinger of a Large-Scale Middle East Clash
Trump’s Golan Heights declaration has prompted growing concerns among the regional players. Speaking to Sputnik, Turkish scholars and Iraqi Kurdistan politicians explained that the US Golan decision may affect Turkey, Iran and Iraq and translate into nothing short of a large-scale conflict in the region.
Donald Trump’s unilateral decision to recognise Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights, seized by Tel Aviv from Syria back in 1967 and formally annexed by Israel in 1981, is continuing to stir fears of a further escalation of tensions in the Middle East.
“Having taken advantage of the US decision, Israel will be able to expand its sphere of influence in the territories it occupied,” Gokhan Bozbas, a coordinator at the Centre for Middle Eastern Strategic Studies (ORSAM), told Sputnik Turkey, adding that Trump’s Golan declaration had “violated the UN resolution adopted by the international community and unilaterally supported the occupation”.
According to Bozbas, the US move obviously played into the hands of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who sought to come out on top in the upcoming 9 April Knesset elections.
For his part, Yasin Atlioglu, a researcher at the 21st Century Turkey Institute, warned against an all-out regional conflict prompted by Trump’s Middle Eastern policies.
Having recalled that Washington’s Golan move was preceded by the recognition of Jerusalem, the researcher stressed that Trump’s pro-Israel policy was by no means limited to the Golan and Jerusalem.
“Given the toughened anti-Iranian sanctions, the situation in Syria, as well as sanctions imposed against the Lebanese Hezbollah, Trump’s decision on the Golan can be seen as a harbinger of a large-scale clash in the region,” Atlioglu said. “Chaos and instability have engulfed the Middle East, and Trump’s decision will further aggravate this situation.”
According to the researcher, the international community should have voiced its condemnation of Trump’s move much more resolutely. He noted that the precedent was fraught with severe risks as other states may now follow the US suit and try to legitimise their attempts to occupy foreign territories.
“Trump’s decision signals injustice and disrespect towards the Muslim world. It will have impact on other countries in the region, namely, Turkey, Iran and Iraq,” he concluded.
Speaking at an election rally in Istanbul on 26 March, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan denounced Washington’s decision concerning the Golan. He stressed that the US had neither jurisdiction nor right to give the Golan to Israel and vowed to bring the Golan issue to the United Nations.
In an interview with Sputnik, Iraqi Kurdistan politicians echoed Turkey’s concerns.
“Many countries, including Turkey, have expressed their dissatisfaction with this decision of the United States,” Aydin Maruf, a representative of the Iraqi Turkmen Front and member of the Iraqi Kurdistan Parliament (IKP), said. “We fully share Turkey’s position on this issue. The Golan Heights belong to Syria, and Syrian Turkmen traditionally reside there. America’s decision on the Golan Heights contradicts the norms of international law.”
According to Maruf, Trump’s move has signalled Washington’s support for Israel’s illegal occupation. Having said that the pro-Israel move will further destabilise the region, the parliamentarian underscored that “all decisions related to the territories must be made by people living in these territories”.
Muhsin Doski, a member of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan (KDP), opined that Washington was pursuing its own political interests by recognising Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan.
He lambasted the Trump administration for its double standard approach referring to its unwillingness to supporting the Kurdish independence referendum which was held on 25 September 2017.
Doski presumed that Trump’s move may further escalate tensions in the region, which does not correspond to the interests of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG).
Following Washington’s transferal of the US Embassy to Jerusalem in May 2018, Trump announced that the US would recognise Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan on 21 March 2019. Four days, later the US president signed a presidential proclamation on the Golan Heights’ recognition. Russia, Turkey, as well as a number of Arab and European states, condemned Trump’s move, while the UN reiterated that Washington’s Golan decision had no legitimacy in the eyes of the international community.

The Mountains of Israel
First, in 2014, a powerful Islamic terrorist group called ISIS (Pres. Obama called it ISIL or the Levant) captured several cities and towns in Iraq.
The original Levant was a geographical area near the Mediterranean Sea in the Middle East that included Cyprus, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, part of Saudi Arabia, part of Turkey, part of Egypt, part of Iraq and all of Israel.
Other Islamic terrorist groups quickly joined ISIS, and the group soon started calling itself a Muslim Caliphate (a Muslim kingdom).
God promised to bless those that bless Israel and to curse those that curse Israel.
He also promised that Israel will not be defeated at the end of the age.
In mid-March 2019, the ISIS Caliphate came to an end, and Israel still stands.
God’s Word is being fulfilled.
Second, the Bible says the nations around Israel will claim the mountains of Israel, slander Israel and make God angry at the end of the age (Ezek. 36:1-7).
God added that He will be on Israel’s side; Israel will possess the mountains and grow crops on them.
Israel captured the Golan Heights in 1967, annexed them in 1981, and is growing crops on some of them.
On Mar. 212019, the U.S. recognized the Golan Heights as sovereign Israeli territory, and God’s Word is being fulfilled.
Third, a Syrian official said, “The Syrian people remain committed to the liberation of the Golan Heights by all means at its disposal.”
The Word of God says Syria and Israel will get into a war at the end of the age; and Damascus, Syria, will cease to exist in one night (Isa. 17).
Syria would be wise to consider what has happened to ISIS and to read the above about the nations around Israel claiming the mountains and making God angry.
Syria won’t liberate the mountains of Israel because God has already liberated them and permanently returned them to His people Israel (Ezek. 36).
Fourth, on Mar. 222019, Russia, Iran and Syria condemned U.S. recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, and Turkey quickly did the same.
A large deposit of oil and natural gas has been discovered in the Golan Heights, and some think these nations will try to take it.
It is clear that these nations will be part of a group that will attack Israel from the north in the latter years and latter days to take a spoil and a prey. This will anger God, and they will perish on the mountains of Israel (Ezek. 38:121518-23).
Fifth, on Mar. 242019, it was reported that the U.S. and Israel are anticipating a breakout of violence along Israel’s border with Syria and Lebanon at any moment due to U.S. recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights.
As a result, the U.S. has sent reinforcements to six U.S. bases in Iraq and Syria.
Sixth, on Mar. 212019, U.S. Sec. of State Mike Pompeo was in Israel when Pres. Trump recognized the Golan Heights as sovereign Israeli territory.
It was the day before the Jewish holiday called Purim, and he was interviewed by Chris Mitchell of the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN).
Mr. Mitchell said, “Jews worldwide and here in Jerusalem are talking about the fact that Esther 2,500 years ago saved the Jewish people with God’s help from Haman” (a Persian or Iranian official that wanted to destroy the Jews).
Mr. Mitchell added, “And now, 2,500 years later, there’s a new Haman here in the Middle East that wants to eradicate the Jewish people just like Haman did: the state of Iran.”

Netanyahu & Putin meet urgently over Iran’s new command hub in Aleppo
The removal from Damascus to Aleppo of Iran’s IRGC command HQ brings Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’ to Moscow on Thursday, April 4, for an urgent meeting with President Vladimir Putin – five days before Israel’s general election – to reset their coordination arrangements.
DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources report that the Iranians completed the transfer of their commands and military facilities, lock, stock and barrel, from Damascus to Aleppo in the second half of March. They hoped that this move would get them out of range of Israel’s serial air and missile raids, calculating that the IAF would be reluctant to risk running into the Russian S-400 and S-300 air defense batteries deployed nearby at the Khmeimim Air Base.
They were proved wrong. No sooner had the Iranian command staff moved into its new premises, when the Israeli air force on March 27, conducted one of its broadest raids hitherto on Iranian targets in Syria. Casualties of dead and injured were heavy and the devastation extensive.
According to our sources, that raid was just the opening shot. Israel has finished with Damascus as the arena for destroying Iran’s military facilities and shifted its campaign to Aleppo. However, the geography makes it incumbent on Israel to draw up fresh rules of coordination with the Russian forces posted in northern Syria. This imperative was behind the official Kremlin account of the phone conversation conducted by Netanyahu and Putin on Monday, April 1 – “pressing bilateral issues including military contacts” – which made a face-to-face meeting between the new leaders essential.

Netanyahu to meet Putin in Moscow five days before elections
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will travel to Moscow for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin later this week, his office announced on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister’s Office did not provide further details about the meeting, which is set to take place Thursday in the Kremlin — five days before Israel’s Knesset elections.
Russia confirmed the meeting.
“An agreement has been reached that on April 4 Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu will fly to Moscow for a brief working visit. On April 4 such brief working talks will be held and the sides will synchronize their watches,” according to Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry.
Putin and Netanyahu spoke on the phone on Monday and discussed “regional issues,” the PMO said that day, without elaborating.
Netanyahu has boasted of his close personal ties to world leaders, including Putin, during the current election campaign, arguing that his diplomatic skills are unrivaled.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Russian President Vladimir Putin that Israel will continue to take action against Iran in Syria, in the first significant meeting between the two since a major spat developed over a downed spy plane last year.
“The greatest threat to stability and security in the region comes from Iran and its proxies,” Netanyahu said. “We are determined to continue our aggressive activity against Iran, which calls for our destruction, and against its attempts to establish itself militarily in Syria.”

Taiwan: Chinese Fighters Fly Across the Taiwan Strait as Regional Tensions Soar
What Happened
Two Chinese J-11 fighter jets crossed the cross-strait median, the de facto maritime border between China and Taiwan, the morning of March 31, Taiwanese officials said. When the Chinese fighters failed to change course after being hailed by the Taiwanese, they were met by Taiwanese interceptors. Even so, the Chinese fighter jets continued the incursion for about 10 minutes. Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen labeled the incursion “reckless and provocative” and called for the “forceful expulsion” of Chinese warplanes should they cross the line again.
Why It Matters
The encounter marks one of the most serious incursions by People’s Liberation Army Air Force fighter jets on the Taiwanese side of the maritime border this century. Chinese jets flew across the cross-strait median frequently until 1999, when both sides tacitly agreed to halt the practice. Rare subsequent Chinese crossings were largely deemed accidental.
The duration of the latest incursion implies it was intentional, and it reflects increased tensions between China and Taiwan and in the broader U.S.-China geopolitical struggle.
China’s apparent ending of the informal nonincursion agreement might be an effort to test Taipei’s response, and it could compel Taipei to seek negotiations on avoiding escalations from such encounters. It could result in Taiwanese fighters making their own incursions on the west side of the line, which in turn could lead to a cycle of tit-for-tat provocations coming amid already-tense cross-strait relations. Unsurprisingly, Beijing is more likely to avoid potentially dangerous escalations with the United States, but increased hostile encounters in the Taiwan Strait could draw Washington in deeper anyway.
Cross-strait relations have deteriorated since Tsai took office in 2016, with Beijing using pressure tactics including threats of military action to try to assert its claims over Taiwan. The government of U.S. President Donald Trump has meanwhile stepped up its support to Taipei, which has included more U.S. naval patrols in the Taiwan Strait and efforts to regularize arms sales to Taipei. In March, the Trump administration gave preliminary approval to Taiwan’s request to buy more than 60 more modern F-16s. The Chinese response to more U.S. naval patrols and to arms sales to Taiwan can be expected to include increased Chinese maritime patrols and exercises in and across the Taiwan Strait.

Anti-Satellite Laser Base Discovered in China’s Xinjiang Province (PHOTOS)
Recently released images, which were provided by retired Indian Army Col. Vinayak Bhat, a satellite imagery analyst who specializes on China, have revealed the presence of an anti-satellite laser base in the western Chinese province of Xinjiang.
According to the Washington Free Beacon, the base is located roughly 145 miles south of Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, and is situated near a lake.
“In terms of satellite tracking, Chinese technology has grown in leaps and bounds. There are now many space tracking stations dotted all over the country — like one in Ngari, Tibet — which provide accurate data about satellites to be targeted,” Bhat said in his report for Indian outlet The Print.
“Once the accurate satellite path and other data is known, directed energy weapons (DEW) located at five different places can take over the task. One such facility is located in Xinjiang.”
In his analysis of the base, Bhat notes that it features four main buildings with sliding roofs, and that three of those buildings are linked to “two vacuum spheres,” which suggest that “chemical lasers are being used with rare earth metals like neodymium.” Bhat based his speculation off both the shape and size of the buildings.
Bhat added that the smallest of the four buildings is likely used for tracking satellites, while the others are either used “individually or in conjunction with each other, depending on the effect on the targeted satellite.” He also explained that the satellites can be “dazzled, disabled or destroyed” by the lasers housed at the base.
And that’s not all, folks. Over yonder by the mountains of Xinjiang, Chinese officials have reportedly been dabbling in electromagnetic pulse (EMP) experiments. In a test location discovered by Bhat, an EMP generator can be seen.
“A road leads in and out under the cylindrical EMP generator for equipment and vehicles to be placed exactly under the generator,” writes Bhat. “This facility is used for researching methods of hardening Chinese military equipment and reverse effects on adversaries’ equipment using electronic components.”
“Another facility in the vast arid land of Xinjiang is also seen experimenting on mobile pulse generators. These types of non-nuclear pulse generators are used for creating electromagnetic interferences that can disable satellites in a very short span of time,” Bhat added.
Bhat’s findings come after the US’ Defense Intelligence Agency released a report in February 2019 detailing China’s intentions to deploy a ground-based laser cannon within the next year.
“China likely is pursuing laser weapons to disrupt, degrade or damage satellites and their sensors and possibly already has a limited capability to employ laser systems against satellite sensors,” the report reads.
“China likely will field a ground-based laser weapon that can counter low-orbit space-based sensors by 2020, and by the mid-to-late 2020s, it may field higher power systems that extend the threat to the structures of non-optical satellites.”
The report cited a variety of space warfare tools that included electronic jammers, cyber attacks and small satellites that China could use to attack those belonging to the US in the event that a future conflict breaks out.

Is the World Already Multi-Polar?
The mere fact that America’s European allies have been so glaringly dismissive of U.S. demands on a variety of fronts recently makes me consider that perhaps a multi-polar world isn’t coming at some point in the distant future, but is in fact already here.
What’s most interesting is that as the U.S. runs around sanctioning and trying to regime-change any sovereign state that dares to be anything less than an obsequious poodle, many traditional allies have begun to bristle. We saw it with the opening of a new trade channel earlier this year by France, Germany and Britain to avoid U.S. sanctions on Iran following Trump’s unilateral withdrawal from the JCPOA last May. We saw it again recently with the European Commission decision to allow individual countries to decide for themselves on Huawei’s participation in the 5G buildout, despite the Trump administration calling for a ban. We also saw it with Italy recently signing up for China’s belt and road initiative despite U.S. objections, as well as Xi Jinping signing a variety of deals with France last week while the U.S. remained in the midst of a trade war.
Am I the only one noticing that as the U.S. runs around sanctioning half the planet, China’s going around the world signing deals.
— Michael Krieger (@LibertyBlitz) March 26, 2019
In other words, it seems the world as it stands today is already being shaped and influenced by a variety of geopolitically significant powers as opposed to just one. The only faction that doesn’t seem to understand this yet is the U.S. government itself, which is of course a very dangerous situation. The rest of the world doesn’t know how to break reality to those in charge of the levers of power in America. No one wants to tell them bluntly, because it’s become pretty clear that many diehard imperialists are still willing to double down on some very evil and stupid things in order to maintain an illusion of world dominance.
With the failed regime change attempt in Syria and now the flailing coup in Venezuela, it’s become clear the U.S. can’t easily get whatever it wants anymore despite its gigantic defense budget and 800 formal military bases in 80 countries. The most effective weapon the U.S. empire still currently has at its disposal is a dominance of the global financial system and the core role of the USD in it. This is why the Trump administration’s been flexing these financial tools so aggressively, but of course, this abuse of America’s exorbitant privilege is precisely what will ultimately lead to a serious decline in the global position of USD down the road (I expect it to play out by 2025).

UK lawmakers reject Brexit deal alternatives, as fears of messy departure grow
Britain’s Parliament has spoken — and it has said no, again.
Lawmakers seeking a way out of the country’s Brexit morass on Monday rejected four alternatives to the government’s unpopular European Union divorce deal that would have softened or even halted Britain’s departure.
With just 12 days until the UK must come up with a new plan or crash out of the bloc in chaos, the House of Commons threw out four alternatives to Prime Minister Theresa May’s thrice-rejected Brexit deal — though in some cases by a whisker.
The result leaves the government with a range of unpalatable choices. It can gamble on a fourth attempt to push May’s unloved deal through Parliament, let Britain tumble out of the bloc without a deal, or roll the dice by opting for a snap election to shake up Parliament.
Guy Verhofstadt, the European Parliament’s top Brexit official, tweeted that a no-deal Brexit was “nearly inevitable.” He said a series of votes on Wednesday, would be “a last chance to break the deadlock or face the abyss.”
Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay said the government would continue to seek support for a “credible” plan for leaving the EU.
“This house has continuously rejected leaving without a deal just as it has rejected not leaving at all,” he said. “Therefore the only option is to find a way through which allows the UK to leave with a deal.”
May has summoned her Cabinet for a marathon meeting Tuesday to thrash out the options. The prime minister, who is renowned for her dogged determination, could try to bring her Brexit agreement back for a fourth time later this week.
The narrowest defeat — 276 votes to 273 — was for a plan to keep Britain in a customs union with the EU, guaranteeing smooth and tariff-free trade in goods. A motion that went further, calling for Britain to stay in the EU’s borderless single market for both goods and services, was defeated 282-261.
A third proposal calling for any Brexit deal Britain strikes with the EU to be put to a public referendum was defeated 292-280.
The fourth, which would let Britain cancel Brexit if it came within two days of crashing out of the bloc without a deal, fell by a wider margin, 292-191
May had already ruled out all the ideas under consideration. But the divorce deal she negotiated with the EU has been rejected by Parliament three times, leaving Britain facing a no-deal Brexit that could cause turmoil for people and businesses on both sides of the Channel.
The impasse is raising expectations that lawmakers could try to trigger a snap election in the hope a new configuration in Parliament would break the Brexit logjam. But the Conservatives are worried that could hand power to the opposition Labour Party.
The range of choices, and lack of consensus, reflect a Parliament and a government deeply divided over how — and whether — to leave the EU.
UK lawmakers reject all alternative Brexit options
None of the alternative options to Prime Minister Theresa May’s Brexit plan has managed to receive the support of a majority of lawmakers, prolonging the political deadlock in the UK.
Motion C, Customs Union, which called for a commitment to negotiate a “permanent and comprehensive UK-wide customs union with the EU,” lost by 276 to 273 votes.
Motion D, Common Market 2.0, which asked for continued participation in the single market and a “comprehensive customs arrangement” with the EU after Brexit, lost by 282 to 261 votes.
Motion E, which asked for a public vote to confirm any Brexit deal passed by parliament before its ratification, also lost on Monday night by 292 to 280 votes.
Motion G, which urged revoking Article 50 in the face of a no-deal Brexit, lost by 292 to 191 votes.
After yet another attempt by the British PM failed to break the Brexit impasse, the UK now increasingly risks crashing out of the EU on April 12 without a deal. The UK lawmakers are set to hold another round of so-called “indicative votes” on Wednesday, before EU leaders hold an emergency summit on April 10 to consider London’s request for an extension of Article 50.

Fukushima: “An Ongoing Global Radiological Catastrophe”. “A Huge Cover Up”
The eight year anniversary of the triple meltdowns at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear facility passed mostly without comment in mainstream media circles. In spite of ongoing radiological contamination that will continue to spread and threaten human health for lifetimes to come, other stories dominate the international news cycle. The climate change conundrum, serious though it may be, seemingly crowds out all other clear and present environmental hazards.
As part of efforts to normalize this historic event and cover it up in its magnitude, the Japanese government has invested considerable financial, public relations and other resources into what they are billing the ‘Recovery Olympics‘ set to take place in a year’s time in Tokyo.
But Helen Caldicott warns that the dangers associated with Fukushima have not gone away and remain a cause for concern.
On the week marking the eighth anniversary of the Fukushima meltdowns, the Global Research News Hour radio program, hosted by Michael Welch, reached out to Dr. Caldicott to get her expert opinion on the health dangers posed by the most serious nuclear disaster since, at least, the 1986 Chernobyl event.
Helen Caldicott: Well it’s difficult because the Japanese government has authorized really only examination of thyroid cancer. Now thyroid cancer is caused by radioactive iodine and there were many, many cases of that after Chernobyl. And already, they’ve looked at children under the age of 18 in the Fukushima prefecture at the time of the accident, and … how many children… 100…no 201 by June 18 last year… 201 had developed thyroid cancer. Some cancers had metastasized. The incidence of thyroid cancer in that population normally is 1 per million. So obviously it’s an epidemic of thyroid cancer and it’s just starting now.
What people need to understand is the latent period of carcinogenesis, ie the time after exposure to radiation when cancers develop is any time from 3 years to 80 years. And so it’s a very, very long period. Thyroid cancers appear early. Leukemia appears about 5 to 10 years later. They’re not looking for leukemia. Solid cancers of every organ, or any organ as such appear about 15 years later and continue and in fact the Hibakusha from the Hiroshima and Nagasaki who are still alive are still developing cancers in higher than normal numbers.
The Japanese government has told doctors that they are not to talk to their patients about radiation and illnesses derived thereof, and in fact if the doctors do do that, they might lose their funding from the government. The IAEA, the International Atomic Energy Agency interestingly set up a hospital – a cancer hospital – in Fukushima along with the Fukushima University for people with cancer, which tells you everything.
So there’s a huge, huge cover up. I have been to Japan twice and particularly to Fukushima and spoken to people there and the parents are desperate to hear the truth even if it’s not good truth. And they thanked me for telling them the truth. So it’s an absolute medical catastrophe I would say, and a total cover up to protect the nuclear industry and all its ramifications.
Well there are ongoing emissions into the air consistently, number one. Number two, a huge amount of water is being stored –over a million gallons in tanks at the site. That water is being siphoned off from the reactor cores, the damaged melted cores. Water is pumped consistently every day, every hour, to keep the cores cool in case they have another melt. And that water, of course, is extremely contaminated.
There’s strontium, cesium, and many other elements in that water – it’s highly radioactive – and because there isn’t enough room to build more tanks, they’re talking about emptying all that water into the Pacific Ocean and the fishermen are very, very upset. The fish already being caught off Fukushima, some are obviously contaminated. But this will be a disaster.
They talk about decommissioning and removing those molten cores. When robots go in and try and have a look at them, their wiring just melts and disappears. They’re extraordinarily radioactive. No human can go near them because they would die within 48 hours from the radiation exposure. They will never, and I quote never, decommission those reactors. They will never be able to stop the water coming down from the mountains. And so, the truth be known, it’s an ongoing global radiological catastrophe which no one really is addressing in full.
May I say that parts of Tokyo are extremely radioactive. People have been measuring the dirt from rooves of apartments, from the roadway, from vacuum cleaner dust. And some of these samples, they’re so radioactive that they would classify to be buried in radioactive waste facilities in America. So, that’s number one.
Number two, to have the Olympics in Fukushima just defies imagination. And uh, some of the areas where the athletes are going to be running, the dust and dirt there has been measured, and it’s highly radioactive. So, this is Abe, the Prime Minister of Japan, who set this up to – as a sort of way to obscure what Fukushima really means. And those young athletes, you know, who are – and young people are much more sensitive to radiation, developing cancers later than older people – it’s just a catastrophe waiting to happen.

The Book of Daniel
By Dr. Chuck Missler
[Below is just the intro to this fascinating read by Chuck Missler]
Daniel 9 is probably one of the most pivotal chapters in the entire Bible for understanding end-time prophecy. That may seem like an exaggeration, but after seeing what’s packed into this chapter it will be easier to understand why that perspective is held by so many
Daniel 9 is only one of twelve chapters, so we should start with some context. The first six chapters are historical. In those chapters we read that Daniel is deported from Israel after the Babylonian conquest. He encounters King Nebuchadnezzar, correctly interprets his dream, and is promoted as a result. Then we see Daniel’s rivals trying to “undo” his three friends in the fiery furnace episode.
After the first six chapters, we have six chapters that are a collection of Daniel’s visions. They are, in a sense, appended at the end of the history. They’re not in chronological order; the chapters appear as a group..
