But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! (Galatians 1:8)

Matt. 6:20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

Deut. 28:12 The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.

Matt. 13:44 ¶ Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

QUESTION:   Where in the Bible does it say if you bless my people I will Bless you.” Our nation has been blessed because we have supported the Jewish people and Israel all these years up to now. If we pressure them to give up more of their land for peace and no longer seem to support them, will God judge us for this action?

ANSWER:   The verses you’re looking for are Genesis 12:2-3. God is speaking to Abraham. “I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

As for judging the US, there are those who’ve correlated the “natural” disasters we’ve suffered in the last few years with times we’ve pressured Israel to give up land. Their findings defy coincidence. The conclusion can only be that the judgment has already begun.

QUESTION:   The Bible says that if we are saved then we will show good works. So what are good works? Is it not sinning, or is it helping an old lady across the road? And if it is helping an old lady across the road well, I’m going to say that unsaved people do that!!

ANSWER:   The only “work” that God requires of us is to believe in the One He sent, Jesus (John 6:28-29). But that belief can produce changes in our behavior, too. We can become more conscious of our sinfulness and often perform more acts of kindness toward others than we did before.

Of course many unbelievers are also kind to others. The difference is believers usually do this out of gratitude to the Lord for saving them, but an unbeliever’s kindness will be motivated differently, perhaps out of a need to be liked, or to feel good about themselves. So while both may do the same thing, the motives that prompt them are different. We want to please the Lord. Unbelievers want to please themselves.

This is why the Lord said not to judge anyone, but to leave that up to Him because He’s the only one who can judge us on the basis of our motives. 1 Cor. 4:5 says He will bring to light what is hidden darkness and expose the motives of men’s hearts. He also encouraged us to perform our acts of kindness in secret because He knows how good it makes us feel to us to receive credit from others for what we do, even though it’s only temporary. He said those things we do in secret are the ones our father in Heaven will reward us for (Matt. 6:3-4) and His rewards last forever.

WEBPAGE ADMINISTRATOR: God will never let this happen, Trump is wrong in even suggesting this will happen, Jerusalem belongs to “ISRAEL” as per God’s “COVENANT”, and God is much more powerful than President Trump. His will be done, and his word be truth.

by Deborah Danan –

The Trump administration’s plan to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will likely include U.S. and international recognition of a Palestinian state with a capital in eastern Jerusalem, the London-based Saudi newspaper Asharq al-Awsat reported on Wednesday.

The Old City of Jerusalem will fall under “international protection,” the report claimed, quoting “knowledgeable Arab diplomatic sources” in Paris.

According to the sources, President Donald Trump’s Middle East team will present its plan at an undisclosed date during an international conference to be held in one of the Arab capitals, most likely Cairo, attended by Israeli officials.

The report also said the plan calls for the Palestinians to give up their core demand of the “right of return” for Palestinian refugees and their descendants to reclaim their former homes inside Israeli territory.

While rumors of the purported plan continue to swirl in the Arab world, nothing has been officially confirmed. Still, Palestinian officials have called it the “slap of the century” that no Palestinian would ever accept. Several senior Palestinian Authority officials have wildly claimed that the U.S. administration, together with Israel, is looking to destroy the Palestinian cause and oust its current leadership.

The report also said the large settlement blocs would remain where they are while smaller ones would be transferred elsewhere.

The framework would also see the PA’s security and administrative authorities bolstered in areas A and B – where there are only Palestinian populations – of the West Bank, the report added.

$40 billion in funds will be raised by the U.S. to help establish a Palestinian state. However, the sources stressed to the paper, the money is not intended to “buy” Palestinian compliance.

Responsibility for security in the Gaza Strip would be handled by the Egyptians, according to the report.

Since Trump officially recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital in December, the PA has severed ties with the U.S., saying the country can no longer be an impartial broker of the peace process.

Also on Wednesday, PA Foreign Minister Riyad al-Malki said that European Union countries would act on behalf of the Palestinians to convince the Trump administration to amend the plan in their favor.

In a separate report Wednesday, Asharq al-Awsat quoted a senior Palestinian official as saying that the PA is locked in “confrontation” with the U.S. over its recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.

Speaking during a gathering at the Palestinian embassy in Cairo, PA President Mahmoud Abbas’ Advisor for International Affairs Nabil Shaath said: “President Mahmoud Abbas is in a position of full confrontation with the United States and Israel in the wake of the Israeli government’s intransigence and the recent US administration’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and transfer its embassy to it.”

“We will not establish our state but on our national soil. No state in Gaza, no state without Gaza, no state without Jerusalem as the capital, not a capital in Jerusalem, but Jerusalem is the capital,” Shaath added.

Shaath also predicted that within three years “the world ruled by the United States will end and a multilateral leadership will be established.”

“We will be part of this new world,” he added.

State Department’s plan names May 14 as day for facility to open in Israel’s capital

A key Palestinian religious leader is warning that there will be war if the United States follows through on its announced plan to open an embassy in Jerusalem, which Washington now formally recognizes as Israel’s capital.

The threat, according to Palestinian Media Watch, comes from Sheik Muhammad Hussein, the grand mufti of Jerusalem.

The official Palestinian Authority daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadida reported Hussein, described as “preacher at the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque,” “warned against the severity of the American administration’s decision on transferring its embassy to occupied Jerusalem.”

“He explained that the transfer of the American embassy to Jerusalem, if it is carried out, will not be an attack on the Palestinians alone, but rather a blatant attack on the Arabs and Muslims throughout the world … .and that it will not serve peace and security in the region, but rather bring upon it disasters of wars, anarchy, and instability,” the report said.

President Trump, last Dec. 6, formally recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital after three previous administrations had signed waivers every six months delaying enactment of a law passed by Congress.

Last week, the State Department announced the new U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem will open May 14, 2018, the 70th anniversary of Israel’s declaration of independence in 1948.

That day is known to Palestinians as the”Nakba,” Arabic for “the catastrophe.”

At the declaration in 1948, the combined forces of Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq joined in an attempt to eradicate the state of Israel.

The report said the mufti “further implicitly encouraged Palestinians and Muslims to use violence and seek martyrdom.”

“[The mufti] added that the residents of Jerusalem and all of the Palestinians, Arabs, and Muslims will not submit to this blatant attack, and will sacrifice all that is dear to them in order to confront the American stubbornness.”

The PA Foreign Affairs Ministry described the announcement as “direct aggression.” And the Palestinian National Council calls the U.S. plan a “blatant defiance toward the international, Arab, and Islamic will.”

The Islamic leader also explained the decision “testifies to the insolence that those who are biased in favor of the occupation have reached, while they continue to do an injustice to our people and its holy sites and to blatantly harm the Palestinian cause in an attempt to eliminate it.”

The report said the Muslim leader said the “arbitrary” behavior by the U.S. “will have severe consequences.”

Imagine thousands of long-range missiles, each loaded with hundreds of pounds of high explosives, hurtling toward their targets at more than two miles per second.

Faster than defense systems can react, the hypersonic weapons find their marks and dozens of naval ships, command centers, airfields and radar installations all cease to exist in the blink of an eye. With a single strike, a war is started and nearly won. Hypersonic missiles now under development in the US, Russia and China threaten radically to accelerate the pace of warfare in the future. Hypersonic missiles travel more than five times the speed of sound and are able to alter course in flight in order to evade interceptors and other defense systems.

Whereas it is true that ICBMs achieve hypersonic speeds upon reentry, they are unable to change course, nor have these same speeds been used in conventional weapons until recently.

Through both their extreme speeds and unpredictable flight paths, hypersonic missiles would make conventional defense systems obsolete.

Suddenly, naval ships, military bases and key government installations all become vulnerable to such precision strike weapons. Development in the US and Russia was slowed by the 1987 Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty which banned short and intermediate missiles, but China was not held back by any such limitation.

Admiral Harry Harris, head of the US Military’s Pacific Command warned Congress this week that “China’s hypersonic weapons development outpaces ours… we’re falling behind.” Indeed, just with conventional mid-range missiles, China’s arsenal outpaces our own by tens of thousands.

The latest missile intelligence indicates that China has tested a hypersonic missile known as the DF-17. Clocking in at 7,680 miles per hour, 10 times the speed of sound, the DF-17 uses a ballistic missile combined with a hypersonic glide vehicle that is guidable upon re-entry.

That is a top speed of more than 2 miles per second, a velocity that makes the projectile virtually impossible to counter. A November 2017 test showed the DF-17 traveling a distance of 870 miles with its payload in roughly 11 minutes, though experts believe this is likely to increase to a range of over 1,500 miles with further development.

From Russia, we now face the threat of the Zircon Missile. Classified as a cruise missile, estimates put its speed somewhere between 3,800 and 4,600 miles per hour, and years ahead of US cruise missiles. Furthermore, the reported velocity that the Zircon is capable of achieving lets it evade any anti-missile system in the US arsenal, or that may be developed in the coming years.

Already out of the prototype stage, the Zircon was announced to be scheduled for production in 2018.

Hypersonic missiles achieve their incredible speeds through either the use of scramjets or ballistic re-entry vehicles that skip across the atmosphere as they return to Earth. Scramjets use the missile’s speed to pull more air into its engine and further increase its speed.

Ballistic re-entry vehicles differ from decades-old ICBMs in that their new precision guidance system allows them to be targeted for pinpoint strikes from extreme distances.

The US Air Force, for its part, is testing the X-51A Waverider cruise missile that is designed to travel above Mach 6 (4,603mph). As part of this arms race to keep pace with Russia and China, the Missile Defense Agency is asking for $120 million in its 2019 budget of $9.9 billion to help develop these technologies, an uptick from the $75 million it is slated to receive in the 2018 budget.

While North Korean nuclear weapons and threats of war dominate the headlines, many forget that China leads the world in conventional missile stockpiles and that Russia’s war machine has never been stronger.

Both countries are flexing their military muscle as they test their borders, Russia in Georgia and Ukraine, China in the South China Sea and India. With such great leaps forward in hypersonic missile technology, the threat of either country executing a debilitating first strike increases.

WEBPAGE ADMINISTRATOR: Palestinians are direct descendants from the Canaanites. God gave Israel/Jerusalem to the Israelites “ONLY”. Jerusalem is mentioned 767 times in the King James Bible, and God continually mentions that Jerusalem is given to Israel ONLY”.

A Land, a People, and a Blessing It all started with the calling of Abraham in Genesis 12:1-3. God made a basic covenant with this forefather of Israel, which is the cornerstone of all following covenants. Indeed, all other covenants with Israel are an enlargement of this covenant.“The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you” (Genesis 12:1-3).

Seven times God uses the formula ”I will,” either expressed or understood! The three basic elements of this Abrahamic covenant are a land, a nation/people, and a blessing—a blessing for Abraham himself, for Israel, and through Abraham for all nations/peoples on earth. Sometimes people think that this was a promise just for Abraham personally, and had nothing to do with the people or nation of Israel. They claim, “God said that whosoever would bless Abraham personally during his lifetime would be blessed, and whoever would curse Abraham would be cursed. But that has nothing to do with Israel or the Jewish people as such.” Comparing Scripture with Scripture though, we read in Numbers 23:8-10:

Genesis 12:2-3.

It has become a platitude repeated ad nauseam by former Israeli security officials: The Palestinian Authority must not be weakened because this might imperil Israel.

The reasoning is that even though the P.A. is bad, at least it cooperates, to a greater or lesser degree, with their Israeli counterparts, whereas Israel does not know what kind of potentially radical monster would take over after a collapsed PA.

This Sunday, the Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved a bill that would deduct salaries given by the P.A. to convicted terrorists and their families from the tax revenues Israel transfers annually to the P.A.

Israel transfers millions of dollars each year to the P.A in customs duties levied on goods destined for Palestinian markets that transit through Israeli ports. If passed by the Knesset, the proposed legislation would enable Israel to either deduct the funds from the revenues or “freeze” the payments.

“Soon, this theater of the absurd will come to an end, and the salaries of the terrorists that we will withhold from [Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud] Abbas will be used to prevent terrorism and compensate victims,” said Minister of Defense Avigdor Lieberman about the proposed bill.

Predictably, parts of the Israeli security establishment were opposed to the proposed legislation, fearing that it could weaken the P.A. Similar fears have been expressed by a group calling itself Commanders for Israel’s Security, which reportedly represents hundreds of retired Israeli military officials, regarding the U.S. Taylor Force Act.

The Taylor Force Act, which thus far has passed the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, would end American funding of the P.A. unless it stops paying salaries to terrorists and their families.

However, Commanders for Israel’s Security have voiced concerns that the Taylor force Act would “undermine P.A. stability; expand the circle of frustration and hostility; erode the security coordination;” and deny the P.A. funding for “vital economic projects.” All this, say the retired military personnel, would “compromise Israeli security.”

Since when is stuffing your own pockets and using the rest to pay terrorists a “vital economic project”? One might argue, however, that the P.A. has done exactly that—created a monster that ceaselessly incites the murder of Israelis and the destruction of Israel as a Jewish state.

The P.A. differs from the Hamas only in its lack of honesty and its two-faced public relations, according to which Abbas says one thing in English and another in Arabic, just as his predecessor Yasser Arafat did. The P.A.’s ideology concerning the end goal, however, is as radical as that of Hamas. Furthermore, the constant brainwashing has ensured that Palestinian Arabs continue to see conflict with Israel as the only viable option.

As recently as two weeks ago, the official Facebook page of Fatah communicated that “the blood of the martyrs is the light of freedom” with an image of, among other things, the P.A. map of “Palestine” that presents all of Israel as “Palestine.”

Mahmoud Abbas is the leader of Fatah, the party that controls the P.A. Also less than two weeks ago, Fatah honored the mothers of terrorists who have killed or wounded Israelis, calling them “the crown on our heads, the mothers of the Martyrs [Shahids].” The list goes on.

What the former Israeli security-establishment figures sorely seem to miss is that the P.A. has made impossible in the long term any kind of peace. In a 2012 interview, Itamar Marcus of Palestinian Media Watch, which translates and makes accessible to the public the internal rhetoric of the P.A. that is not intended for Western consumption, said “the tragedy is that the Palestinians were much closer to peace with Israel before the Oslo Accords. An ocean has developed because of hate promotion by the Palestinian Authority.”

Marcus estimated that chances for peace may have been better in 1996, when after decades of contact with Israelis, a poll of Palestinians showed that 78 percent considered Israel to be positive in democracy and human rights.

Today, that figure would be pure science fiction. Poll after poll shows that a majority of Palestinian Arabs hold deeply ingrained anti-Semitic beliefs (according to a 2014 ADL poll, 93 percent of Palestinian Arabs held anti-Semitic beliefs) and support terror against Israelis. That is what decades of the P.A. indoctrination has fostered or reinforced.

A generation of people has been raised on an unadulterated diet of hatred of Israel and the Jewish people, courtesy of Arafat, Abbas and their ilk. In kindergartens and schools, in the written and electronic press, on TV and especially on children’s TV, Jews have been called monkeys and pigs that need to be killed.

Schoolbooks show Israel erased from the map, history lessons deny the existence of Jewish nationhood and never teach the Holocaust, (Abbas, after all, has a Ph.D. in Holocaust denial) monuments are erected in honor of terrorist murderers of Jews in city squares, and terrorists are rewarded with fat salaries.

While the P.A. has been raising “shahids” for the past 25 years—ensuring that there will be no peace for at least a generation—retired Israeli military personnel would have you believe that the P.A. is the guarantor of Israeli security.

The kind of “security” where you have—as was the case in January 2018–some 332 terrorist incidents in a month, resulting in one murder and 16 injured, including two stabbings/attempted stabbings, two shootings, one ramming attack, four roadside bombs, 251 stone-throwing attacks and 45 thrown Molotov cocktails.

Coddling terrorists and pretending that they are “cooperating” with one hand, while they stab Israel in the back with the other, is ludicrous. A “weakened” P.A. might just be what is needed to turn the vicious circle around.

If the P.A. has no intention of stopping the incitement on TV and radio, such media can be shut down. Other sanctions could be also imposed by Israel. If they know not to mess with Israel because there will be actual financial consequences might actually weaken terrorist resolve.

Why does it not occur to former Israeli security officials to suggest showing the P.A. that Israel will not put up with even a single terrorist incident, nor the incitement and rewarding of terrorism?

What if Israel tries an approach of strength for once—the only currency respected in the Middle East—instead of trembling at the thought of what the international community could or will say? Aft all, it might just work.

Thousands of Christians are being butchered in Nigeria and whole villages being destroyed. Why are we so unconcerned? Why don’t we care? I believe the biggest reason is that we simply don’t know about what’s happening there. Well, now you know. Here are the facts.

For the last several months, one of my good friends, a Christian missionary serving the poorest of the poor in Nigeria, has been sending me emails with terrifying news. Fulani tribesmen raping and killing villagers. Children being used as Islamic suicide bombers, resulting in scores of casualties. One horrible report after another.

Yet with each email I received, as I scoured the major news agencies in the West, I found nothing reported. Not a word.

At the same time, Nigerian news sources were ablaze with reports of the latest atrocities.

Today, I saw this shocking headline on Jihad Watch: “Nigeria: Muslims wipe out 15 villages in mass slaughter of Christians, government does nothing.”

The article began with this quote, “Despite several calls to the governor and his deputy, and other security apparatus, the government remained silent as the atrocities continued. The Fulani were able to carry out their deadly attack. They stayed for hours in the vicinity, moving at will, unchallenged.”

How could this be? According to Robert Spencer at Jihad Watch, it’s because “Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari clearly has no sympathy for the victims. He shares the world view of the jihadi attackers.”

When I emailed my friend in Nigeria to ask if this was true, she wrote back immediately:

“This article doesn’t state which villages, so I am not sure. It is happening every day. The worst this year was the New Year’s Day massacre, followed by a mass burial of 73 victims. There have been many attacks since then. Villages razed, girls and women raped, men butchered. Cutlasses have been replaced by AK-47’s. The military has, at times, seemed complicit.

“The president only gets upset when there are reprisal killings of Fulani. He himself is a Fulani man and a cattle-rearer. The stated reason is grazing rights. If you object to cows eating your crops, you, your village and maybe surrounding ones will be attacked. It is in every paper, every day. The nation is smoldering. Only Jesus.” (Her closing sentence meant, “Jesus is our nation’s only hope.”)

She also sent me this YouTube link, viewed over 180,000 times at present, in which a Nigerian social commentator who lives in the States blasts the president’s alleged inaction (and, worse still, alleged wrong actions).

The video begins with a clip from a pastor, boldly denouncing wickedness in the government and stating plainly that, “The killing, the killing that is going on in Nigeria shows the irresponsibility of the president called Buhari.”

And the pastor urged every Nigerian to fight back, not with weapons but by getting their voter’s cards, urging the people not to let wicked men in government to decide their fate. Yes, he bellowed, “Enough is enough!”

As a result of his sermon, we are informed that a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Outrageous? Absolutely. But Nigeria is a nation divided, with a Muslim majority in the north and a Christian majority in the south, with terrorist groups like Boko Haram still on the prowl, and with systemic governmental corruption.

And as Christianity continues to spread across the nation at an exponential pace, so also persecution is spreading. As reported by Christian Today in 2016, “Muslims are converting to Christianity in northern Nigeria amid rapidly rising levels of Christian persecution, which has seen more than ten thousand Christians killed in five years, according to a new report released today.

“While much media attention has been focused on Islamic State and the plight of persecuted minorities in the Middle East, 11,500 Christians in northern Nigeria were killed in five years between 2006-2014, and 13,000 churches were destroyed, forcing 1.3 million Christians to flee to safer areas of the country.”

As devastating as these statistics are, they are more likely under-reported than over-reported, which again begs the question: Why don’t we care? Why aren’t we raising our voices? Why aren’t we standing with our fellow-believers in prayer?

Again, I believe it is largely because of our ignorance.

But if you’ve read this article, you can’t claim ignorance any more. And the first thing you can do to help combat these atrocities is share this article with your friends. Let’s get educated, let’s get praying, and let’s get the word out to the rest of the world until the Nigerian government does what is right – or is replaced by leaders who will.
