DAILY SCRIPTURE:

IN MY OPINION THESE WORDS OF THE BIBLE LISTED BELOW ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND UPLIFTING SCRIPTURE IN THE BIBLE (KJV BIBLE TRANSLATION)

Gen. 1:1 ¶ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Gen. 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Gen. 1:3 ¶ And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

Gen. 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

Gen. 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Gen. 1:6 ¶ And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

Gen. 1:7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

Gen. 1:8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

Gen. 1:9 ¶ And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

Gen. 1:10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

Gen. 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

Gen. 1:12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Gen. 1:13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.

Gen. 1:14 ¶ And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

Gen. 1:15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

Gen. 1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

Gen. 1:17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

Gen. 1:18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

Gen. 1:19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

Gen. 1:20 ¶ And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

Gen. 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Gen. 1:22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

Gen. 1:23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

Gen. 1:24 ¶ And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

Gen. 1:25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Gen. 1:26 ¶ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Gen. 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Gen. 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Gen. 1:29 ¶ And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Gen. 1:30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

Gen. 1:31 ¶ And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Gen. 2:1 ¶ Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.

Gen. 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

Gen. 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

CAN WE PROVE THE 6000 YEAR CREATION AGE?

GOD’S ARGUMENT AGAINST EVOLUTION

https://gracethrufaith.com/ask-a-bible-teacher/can-we-prove-the-6000-year-creation-age/

QUESTION:   Is there any reasonable proof that the present creation is 6000 years old. I have not found one yet and I am a believer in Jesus as savior and Lord.

ANSWER:   This is a controversial issue. If you include the planet itself in your question, the short answer is no, there isn’t any proof. If you exclude the planet and are speaking only about the work of making it suitable to support the plants, animals, and man that God placed here as described in Genesis 1, then we have an eyewitness who testified that this all happened about 6000 years ago. That eye witness is God Himself. If you’re a believer, then His testimony should be sufficient.

WHAT WAS THE YEAR OF CREATION?

https://gracethrufaith.com/ask-a-bible-teacher/what-was-the-year-of-creation/

QUESTION:   Please let me know what you show as the year since creation. The Jews say this is year 5774, but the New King James Bible says 4004 BC, plus 2013 since Jesus Christ for 6017 years. Who is correct?

ANSWER:   I don’t think anyone knows the year of creation for certain. Some scholars say it was 4004 BC based on Bishop James Ussher’s 17th Century book, The Annals of the World, a chronological history from Creation to 70 AD. John Lightfoot, Vice-Chancellor of Cambridge University, renowned Hebrew Scholar, and a contemporary of Ussher’s, agreed with his calculations.

According to the Hebrew calendar this is the 5774th year since the creation, but there are those who claim this total is not accurate due to the belief that when the Israelites were under subjugation by a foreign power their calendar did not advance. They say this introduced an error of 181 years or more into the count. If they’re correct that would make it at least year 5955. I think it’s safe to say we’re somewhere near the 6,000th anniversary of the creation, but I don’t think anyone knows exactly how near.

ISRAEL LAUNCHES TANK AND AIRSTRIKES AGAINST HAMAS IN GAZA STRIP AS THREAT OF MASSIVE WAR LOOMS

The Israeli army said it hit 18 Hamas military targets from Saturday night through to Sunday, including “weapons manufacturing infrastructure” and a tunnel being dug by militants. It also targeted two observation posts. Palestinian officials said three Hamas training camps and one belonging to a smaller group had been struck.

The Israeli military has carried out a number of strikes against Palestinian positions overnight in the Gaza Strip. They came in response to a bomb attack on Saturday which wounded four Israeli soldiers.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Israel, the Palestinians and Iran by proxy stand on the edge of all out war as another intifada threatens to rear its ugly head. The Jerusalem Post says ‘while the Gaza Strip is a tinderbox waiting to explode, the growing Iranian entrenchment in Syria and Lebanon poses the biggest risk for Israel. Unlike Hamas in Gaza, the Iranian war machine can wreak immeasurable damage on the Jewish State.’

Two Palestinians were killed by Israeli tank fire in Gaza. The Israeli air force also claimed to have destroyed a number of sites linked to Hamas. It is one of the most serious escalations in violence since Israel and Hamas fought a war in 2014.

Hamas’s military wing, the Izzedine al-Qassam Brigades, claimed that it had used anti-aircraft missiles against Israeli jets flying over the coastal territory.

On Saturday two Palestinian teenagers were also killed by Israeli tank fire east of Rafah. The pair were in a group approaching the border in “a suspicious manner”, Israel’s army said.

It came after four Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers were injured, two seriously, in an explosion on Saturday afternoon east of the town of Khan Younis.

The army said the explosive device had been planted during a demonstration there on Friday and was attached to a flag which the troops attempted to remove. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is attending a security conference in Munich, Germany, said: “The incident on the Gaza border is very serious. We will respond appropriately.” source

 MAJOR ESCALATION

By Daymond Duck – http://www.raptureready.com/2018/02/18/major-escalation-daymond-duck/

On Feb. 10, 2017, there was a major escalation of Israel’s conflict with Russia, Iran, Syria and others.

It started when Israel detected what turned out to be an Iranian drone that was launched from a Russian and Iranian base near Damascus, Syria.

The drone flew over Jordan and crossed into Israeli airspace. It traveled about 90 seconds before it was approached by an Israeli helicopter that destroyed it.

Eight Israeli jets were immediately dispatched to attack the Russian and Iranian base that the drone was launched from.

They also attacked about a dozen other Syrian and Iranian targets in Syria.

Approximately twenty Syrian anti-aircraft missiles from a system thought to be under the command of Russian officers were fired at the Israeli jets.

One anti-aircraft missile locked onto an Israeli jet.

The two pilots ejected, but the jet was hit after it arrived over Israeli territory.

The Israeli jet went down and several Syrian missiles fell in open fields in Israel.

Prime Minister Netanyahu convened an urgent meeting with Israel’s defense and military leaders.

They discussed what to do next and appealed to Russia and the U.S. to try to calm the situation before it broke out into a full-blown war involving Russia, Iran, Syria and Israel.

Some say that appears to be the end of the conflict, but the Bible teaches that there is more to come.

With God’s help, Israel will defend herself; and at some point it will escalate into a full-blown war. That will be iron-clad evidence that the latter days and latter years have arrived.

In the meantime, about half of Syria’s anti-aircraft batteries around Damascus have been destroyed. Syria and Iran are threatening Israel. Israeli officials are threatening Syria and Iran. Israeli military vehicles with troops and anti-missile batteries have been deployed to Israel’s border with Syria.

Here are four troubling aspects to these events:

1) The fact that Iran (not Hezbollah) deliberately flew a drone into Israeli airspace

2) The fact that Russian commanders may have given the orders to fire the anti-aircraft missiles at Israeli jets

3) The fact that Russia, Iran and Syria may have intentionally scheduled these events to lure Israeli jets into Syria to try to shoot them down

4) The fact that they succeeded in shooting down an Israeli jet (the first in more than ten years)

Here is some of the good news:

1) There was no loss of life or territory in Israel.

2) God will eventually put an end to this conflict by destroying the forces of Russia, Iran, Syria, etc. on the mountains of Israel.

3) Many people will soon know that Israel’s God is God.

4) The Church Age is almost over.

ARE RUSSIA AND ISRAEL ON A COLLISION COURSE OVER SYRIA?

http://prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?recent_news_id=2026

Russian politicians have been surprisingly mute on the Israeli airstrikes in Syria that took place on February 11. Nothing notable has been said beyond an official statement from the Russian Foreign Ministry urging all sides to show restraint and avoid actions that could lead to further complications.

The quiet reflects the Kremlin’s difficult position. Moscow has been cooperating closely with both Israel and Iran of late, and hence is in no position to unequivocally take sides between the two. As Irina Zvyagelskaya, a member of the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences, put it, “The situation for Russia is difficult as our country has good relations with Iran and Israel, which share deep differences.”

Other political commentators say that nothing has changed despite the strikes, because Israel has always vowed to destroy military buildups near its borders. The action was entirely foreseeable, they argue, in view of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s comments during his visit to Moscow in late January.

At the same time, many Russians are wondering to what extent the Kremlin will allow Israel to continue to carry out preventive strikes on Syrian soil. The incident suggested that an Israeli-Syrian military engagement could evolve into a serious situation that could spin out of Russian control. This is worrisome to the Russians, as they are keen to maintain the balance of power in Syria.

On a broader level, the latest incident shows how ineffective Russian efforts have become to maintain a dominant position on the Syrian battlefield. The Turkish operation in Afrin, in the north of the country, made clear that Moscow is unable to forestall the growth of Ankara’s influence. Iranian proxy forces are now close to the Israeli border, and Russia failed to accomplish anything significant at the Sochi Conference in late January.

Comments in the Russian media hint that, strategically speaking, Russia does not want Israel—a powerful player—to enter the already overcrowded Syrian battlefield. This is particularly true since Moscow is working on solidifying its military positions in Syria following important victories. Deep Israeli involvement could unravel Russia’s dominant role in Syria.

At the same time, suggestions in the Russian media point to an interesting scenario in which the Israeli involvement in Syria forces Russia to more openly declare a pro-Iranian strategy. Up to this point, Moscow has consistently tried—at least officially—to cooperate with both countries.

Alternatively, some Russian pundits surmise that because Moscow has been concerned that its major ally, Iran, might try to seize the strategic opportunity through its proxies and increase its clout in Syria, the Kremlin might welcome—if not Israel’s total engagement in Syria—at least some Israeli actions that limit Tehran’s power.

At a January 30 meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, just days before the latest incident, Netanyahu said, “The most important thing I think is to make sure that we understand each other and that we don’t shoot down each other’s planes.”

Indeed, some Russian analysts have raised the idea that Israeli involvement in the Syrian conflict will be confined solely to maintaining security on its borders. Overall, the tone of the Russian media towards Israel’s actions has been neutral, while remaining studiously noncommittal about those of Iran.

Considering Israel’s security imperatives, it is arguable that the Israeli intervention was expected. Tehran is gaining the most from the Syrian chaos. It is likely that Israel will have to respond again, even if the Golan Heights are not directly threatened.

Since there are no other official statements from Russian officials, nor direct government leaks in leading Russian dailies such as Kommersant, Izvestia, and others, Moscow’s position will be important to watch.

Like most players in Syria, the Russians would not welcome additional actors in the country. However, the Kremlin will not be able to forestall further possible Israeli involvement in Syria.

THE WORLD AGAINST ISRAEL – 70 NATIONS CALL FOR CREATION OF PALESTINIAN STATE

http://prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?popular_news_slot=1L

On Sunday, the 70 nations that gathered in Paris for a conference on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict unanimously agreed to call for the creation of a Palestinian state.

The joint declaration that was issued at the conclusion of the conference also endorsed UN Security Council Resolution 2334 which was adopted on December 23rd and the six principles that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry laid out in his 71 minute speech on December 28th

The good news is that this conference did not immediately recognize a Palestinian state, nor does it appear that additional action will be taken at the UN Security Council before Donald Trump is inaugurated on Friday.

It had been feared that this conference may attempt to impose some sort of a solution on the Israelis and the Palestinians, but that didn’t come to pass. Instead, the conference participants agreed to work toward “a negotiated solution with two states, Israel and Palestine, living side by side in peace and security”.

So the global community has clearly reaffirmed their commitment to a Palestinian state, but the outcome of this conference was not nearly as bad for Israel as many had been anticipating.

On Tuesday, the UN Security Council will meet to further discuss the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but the Jerusalem Post is reporting that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has promised Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that there will not be any more UN Security Council resolutions regarding Israel before Trump takes office…

Israeli sources said Kerry called Netanyahu from the conference to brief him on the efforts the US was taking there to soften the language of the final statement.

According to the sources, Netanyahu told Kerry that damage had already been done to Israel by the anti-settlement resolution that the US allowed to pass in the Security Council last month, and that no more harm should be allowed to be caused from the Paris summit.

Kerry assured Netanyahu that there would be no follow-up to the Paris conference in the Security Council, according to the sources.

Even though that bullet has been dodged, we should still acknowledge that what just happened in Paris, France was extremely significant.

It seems a very odd coincidence that exactly 70 nations gathered in Paris. It could have easily been 69 nations or 71 nations, but instead it was precisely 70.

According to Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, the author of The Harbinger and The Book of Mysteries, the number 70 represents all the nations of the world in ancient Jewish tradition…

“It is interesting to note that the rabbis spoke of the world consisting of 70 nations,” he observed. “This is linked to the 70 sacrifices offered in the Feast of Tabernacles. So now to have the nations of the world, specifically 70 nations, gather together over the issue of Jerusalem, is most striking.

One could say that the 70 nations are a representation of all nations, and coming together clearly set against the word of God which clearly ordains that Jerusalem is given by God to only one nation – Israel.

“As to the Abrahamic Covenant, that what a nation does to Israel will be done to that nation, what America under Obama did to Israel at the United Nations – namely abandon it – was significant,” he said.

Without a doubt, all of the largest and most powerful countries were represented at the conference. So what we just witnessed in Paris was essentially the whole world coming together to decide what should be done with the land of Israel.

And by unanimously agreeing that the land of Israel should be divided and that a Palestinian state should be created, these global leaders are in great danger of literally cursing the entire planet.

Just a few weeks ago, I wrote an entire article about how those that bless Israel will be blessed and those that curse Israel will be cursed. I would venture to say that now the entire world is on the wrong side of that equation as a result of this conference in Paris.

In a previous article I detailed 10 specific steps that Trump should immediately take to try to reverse the curse that Obama has put on America. One of the steps that I recommended was moving the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, and this is something that Trump’s team is actively talking about.

However, other global leaders are warning Trump not to do this. For example, on Sunday French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault told the press that such a move would have “very serious consequences”…

A “stubborn” proposal by President-elect Donald Trump to move the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem would involve “very serious consequences” and damage efforts for peace in the Middle East, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said Sunday.

And of course the Palestinians are threatening widespread violence if the U.S. embassy is moved to Jerusalem, but meanwhile the Palestinians have no problem opening up new embassies of their own. In fact, on Saturday the Palestinians just opened up a brand new embassy at the Vatican.

Donald Trump may never have anticipated this, but the truth is that the relationship between the United States and Israel is likely to be one of the defining issues of his presidency.

Allowing UN Security Council Resolution 2334 to pass without a veto was the worst decision that Barack Obama made during his entire time in the White House, and it represented the greatest betrayal of Israel in the history of the United States.

In just a few days, Donald Trump will have an opportunity to begin repairing the immense damage that was done by that resolution, and it sounds like he wants to have a very positive relationship with Israel.

But it can’t just be words. Politicians have a habit of telling us what we want to hear, and now Donald Trump will get his chance to show the world that he is not just another typical politician.

The Times of London is already reporting that Donald Trump plans to task his Jewish son-in-law Jared Kushner with mediating a peace agreement to end the conflict.

Trump has previously suggested that Kushner could take on a role as Middle East peace envoy, telling The Times in November that he would be “very good at it.”

“I mean he knows it so well. He knows the region, knows the people, knows the players,” Trump said.

My hope is that Donald Trump will truly be a friend to Israel in both word and deed, because that is what is desperately needed at this moment in history.

POPE FRANCIS SAYS ALL MAJOR RELIGIONS ARE PATHS TO SAME GOD

ADMINISTRATOR: There is only one path to God and that is thru Jesus Christ our Saviour, and Pope Francis is “NOT” Jesus Christ.

http://prophecynewswatch.com/article.cfm?popular_news_slot=2R A new video has just been released in which Pope Francis very clearly expresses his belief that all of the major religions are different paths to the same God.  He says that while people from various global faiths may be “seeking God or meeting God in different ways” that it is important to keep in mind that “we are all children of God”.

This is the most recent example that shows that the Pope has completely abandoned any notion that a relationship with God is available only through Jesus Christ.

As he has done throughout his papacy, he continues to lay the groundwork for the coming one world religion, and yet hardly anyone seems upset by this.

When I first heard of this new video, I was so stunned that I thought that it might be a joke. But the truth is that this video is very real. The following comes from an article that was put out by Catholic News Agency…

The Popes first-ever video message on his monthly prayer intentions was released Tuesday, highlighting the importance of interreligious dialogue and the beliefs different faith traditions hold in common, such as the figure of God and love.

“Many think differently, feel differently, seeking God or meeting God in different ways. In this crowd, in this range of religions, there is only one certainty that we have for all: we are all children of God,” Pope Francis said in his message, released Jan. 6, the feast of the Epiphany.

But it isnt just Pope Francis speaking in this video. In fact, one section of the video features leaders from various global religions expressing faith in their respective deities. The following comes from an article about this new video that was posted on Christian News Network…

The video then features clips of those from different world religions declaring belief in their various deities.

“I have confidence in Buddha,” a female lama announces.

“I believe in God,” a rabbi affirms.

“I believe in Jesus Christ,” a priest states.

“I believe in Allah,” an Islamic leader declares.

Are you shocked yet?

The Pope closes the video with an appeal for people from every religion to talk with one another and to work with one another. Here is more from Catholic News Agency…

Later on, after the Pope affirms that all, regardless of their religious profession, are children of God, the faith leaders state their common belief in love.

Pope Francis closes the video by expressing his hope that viewers “will spread my prayer request this month: that sincere dialogue among men and women of different faiths may produce fruits of peace and justice. I have confidence in your prayers.”

Of course this is not the first time that Pope Francis has done something like this. Very early in his papacy, he authorized “Islamic prayers and readings from the Quran” at the Vatican for the first time ever.

And as I documented in a previous article entitled “In New York, Pope Francis Embraced Chrislam And Laid A Foundation For A One World Religion”, during his visit to St. Patricks Cathedral in Manhattan he made it very clear that he believes that Christians and Muslims worship the same God. The following is how he began his address…

I would like to express two sentiments for my Muslim brothers and sisters: Firstly, my greetings as they celebrate the feast of sacrifice. I would have wished my greeting to be warmer. My sentiments of closeness, my sentiments of closeness in the face of tragedy. The tragedy that they suffered in Mecca.

In this moment, I give assurances of my prayers. I unite myself with you all. A prayer to almighty god, all merciful.

In Islam, one of Allahs primary titles is “the all-merciful one”. If you doubt this, just do a Google search. And this certainly was not the first time that Pope Francis has used such language. For example, check out the following excerpt from remarks that he made during his very first ecumenical meeting as Pope…

I then greet and cordially thank you all, dear friends belonging to other religious traditions; first of all the Muslims, who worship the one God, living and merciful, and call upon Him in prayer, and all of you. I really appreciate your presence: in it I see a tangible sign of the will to grow in mutual esteem and cooperation for the common good of humanity.

Are you starting to get the picture?

Pope Francis believes that all religions are different paths to the same God, and he is working hard to lay a foundation for the coming one world religion.

After watching this most recent video, I dont know how anyone can possibly deny that.

However, there are some religious people that Pope Francis does not like. Just recently, he referred to Christian fundamentalism as “a sickness”, and he made it clear that there was no room for it in Catholicism.

So precisely what is “fundamentalism”?

Google defines it as “a form of a religion, especially Islam or Protestant Christianity, that upholds belief in the strict, literal interpretation of scripture.”

Does this mean that Pope Francis is against any Christian that believes in a literal interpretation of the Bible?

That does appear to be what he is saying, and without a doubt those would be the Christians that would be against the kind of one world religion that he appears to be promoting.

Nearly 2000 years ago, the Apostle John warned us that a one world religion was coming, and now we can see that it is coming to fruition.
